迎賓台辦理入住的人員非常貼心，幫忙叫計程車服務超棒，餐廳服務人員很熱心，早餐很豐盛。

I had the one-bedroom, so it’s large and spacious. There are 2 supermarkets, food stalls and restaurants just downstairs which is convenient. They also provided daily housekeeping .

On a hot day, it’s quite far to walk to the MRT station- about 15 to 20 mins. And shuttle bus perhaps to Greatworld MRT can be more frequent. Breakfast selection can be better and change on a daily basis .

Sehr schönes Hotel und super freundliches Personal! Es war modern und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Wir würden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Ein wenig weit von der Innenstadt, aber durch die Busslinie gut erreichbar. Taxifahrt zum Flughafen war ca 65€ in Peaktime.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was lovely. I couldn't fault this property. Staff were fantastic and it was very celan.

Breakfast was very minimal but that appears to be the case with most places since Covid.

انصح فيه اخذت شقه من غرفتين نوم ودورتين مياة ومطبخ مكانه هادي جدا تحت في سوبر ماركت يمشي حاله سكنت في الدور السادس انصح فيه هذا الدور لان بنفس الدور فيه مسبح وجلسات ونادي رياضي وغرفه كراسي مساج ذاتيه لاتطوفكم فيها ماء حلو مفلتر مايحتاج تشترون ماء تلاقونه جنب صنبور الماء تبع غسيل الصحون في صنبور صغير مكتوب فوقه انه ماء حلو مفلتر بالانقليزي اذا رجعت مره ثانيه ماراح اسكن الا فيها سعرها معقول وماياخذون تامين والخروج 12 الظهر وطلبت منهم اطلع 2 وافقو عادي متعاونين مافي اي تعقيدات لاتاخذون معها الفطور اشترو (نواشف) وجيبو عزبة الشاي والقهوه معكم افضل

عيبها الشطاف وطلبت يحطون لي ونقدو علي 😂 المهم اخذو علبة ماء ام ريالين وصلحو فتحه بالغطاء وبس نفعت معنا افضل من شطاف المسافر وغيره اختصار واوفر وتؤدي نفس الغرض

The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. The beds were very comfortable; the pool area was lovely. It was a bonus to have use of the shuttle bus as the apartments were located a little out of the CBD. There were well stocked supermarkets and restaurants adjacent to our accommodation which made it ideal for tourists and families travelling.

The tiling on the bottom of the pool was broken in some sections. Face cloths were not provided in the bathrooms.

The front desk staff especially Jaya were absolutely brilliant during our entire stay. The housekeeping were also amazing, very quick and efficient. Bedroom was lovely and comfortable and the apartment has everything you'd need. The pool area and massage chairs are are great!

The breakfast is seriously lacking! Maybe for a few days it would be fine, but after a few weeks it becomes very monotonous. Some of the staff at breakfast aren't particularly friendly and are actually boarding on rude.

What I like the most are the room maid, they are very work oriented and I'm so satisfied about them. And also the cleaner who works around the elevators.

The waiters at the breakfast were never respectful and disobeyed us. The receptionists are not welcoming either. They don't even greet their customers and always stare at their computers. During the evening, there is a man (medium height and weight) who is very respectful and welcoming.

Everything was within reach

No blender and sieve in my kitchen net. That made cooking harder.

Quiet. Appartments were comfortable and contained everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and relaxing

Would have been good to have a place to go for a drink (bar) downstairs

Location was ok but could be better for visiting travelers.

Beautiful pool area. Great play options for the kiddos. really enjoyed dining outside in the entrance restaurant. We have stayed with Fraser before and the customer service is always excellent.
