Excellent location, only three minutes’ walk from Harrods. Almost all nearby restaurants serve halal food. Almost everyday room was being cleaned though it was scheduled for alternative days. Kitchen cum family living room is quite spacious & kitchen facilities are excellent.

Using key-card someone can enter into the room without seeking permission since there is no manual/security locking facility from inside the main door, though no such incidence occurred.

The apartment was spacious The only decent thing about the area is it is close to Harrods.

The fact that we arrived at check in time, was given the keys to the room and told where to go. We arrived at the room to two cleaners telling us that the room wouldn’t be ready for another hour maybe longer! We had to roam the streets for an hour before we went back. The apartment was very big and spacious however it smelt really really badly of vinegar and damp. When we told the reception, she said “ oh that’ll be vinegar” Like that was ok! We had to open every window to try and rid the smell, which did nothing but make us freezing. With the price you pay, you’d expect it to be clean and ready and to at least smell nice. Upon check out, there was some man sat with the receptionist on the chair which was quite intimidating.

The location is in the heart of Knightsbridge and behind harrods

non refundable cancellation policy even though I had an emergency situation before going there, The loud cars sound from the living room window because it faces harrods parking lot which wakes you up multiple times and the window sounds like it’s not properly sealed, old tv which doesn’t function properly, vingerish smell in the refrigerator, the bed wasn’t comfortable, you can hear loud people talking in the lobby and loud footsteps above us and last but not the least we were told that our check out will be at 12pm but on the day when we were leaving the receptionist kept on calling us and told that the check out is 11am. Overall there are cheaper and good hotels which is better to what I was offered

Terrible Sound Isolation Underground studio overlook a garage entry

Nice safe location for women travelers. Many bakeries and coffee shops near by with at least two small convenience stores with wine, beer and groceries around the corner. Very close to Harrods and many museums - Victoria & Alberta, Science and Natural History. The Royal Albert Concert Hall is also very close. Tube stations are within walking distance.

my room faced the back and looked onto other buildings close by so didn't have as much privacy if I left the draperies open.

Apartment was very clean which all the facilities we needed during our stay. The rooms were very big and comfortable, as for location you couldn't get a more xentral location to Harrods, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge tube station.

Location excellent. Very expensive to rent! Cheaper next door at the Knightsbridge Hotel! More amenities! We checked!!! Small space. Aircon and heating weird. Staff kind and professional though. Not great value for money. Staying in Hampstead next time!

Too small. Looking out at Harrod's Parking lot! Lousy view for the money. I think that we got the dregs of the rooms. Far too small and other rooms had balconies. The handles on a lot of doors are razor sharp. They need to be replaced. My wife and I have scars !!!

Caroline made our experience unforgettable and exceptional. Her genuine care and help guided us to reach our touristic destinations. We always felt we were at arms reach to anywhere in London from Caroline's help. Thank you.

Centrally located on a beautiful tree-lined street. Certainly a better accommodation for a family or long-term traveller (read: includes dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

I would have preferred better comfort in my studio. Half of the space was a kitchen and I would have preferred a proper desk/work area. Also the TV was not working.
