Stayed just for the night as a solo traveller in Brighton - felt very safe, it was quiet and the room was clean and comfy. Ideal place for a one night stay.

Didn't really explore the hotel or use the restaurant so difficult to comment on any of these things.

The property is ideally situated in the city centre within easy reach of many shops, train station, cafe’s and restaurants. The staff were superb! Very friendly attitude and extremely helpful and polite - a credit to the IBIS brand. Although a little more basic than some hotels i have stayed at, it was extremely clean with a modern feel to it. The breakfast buffet was really good with a great choice of hot and cold items to choose from. I didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening so cannot comment on the menu. The bedrooms were very clean with an immaculate bathroom “Pod” which contained all of the amenities including an excellent walk in hot shower (but no bath). There was a couple of lifts just around the corner from reception but one was unfortunately not working which could mean a bit of a wait sometimes (especially at breakfast) as the hotel was quite busy.

The one down side for me was the bed. Not ideal for those who like a softer option. The mattress was thin and very firm.

Check in process is really quick and easy and all staff members were lovely. Room was clean shower was hot, and bed was comfy. Right bear the station and great walking distance to town.

For the money it would be good to have a little breakfast included

There were no USB sockets in the room. The wc/shower pod looked a little 'tired'. The door to the wc/shower pod would not shut.

Clean spacious and quiet room. We travelled as a group of cyclists so good to have bike secure in the room. Good bed. Friendly helpful staff. Good location near station - easy to walk to places to eat & drink.

Excellent location - right near the station and close enough to walk to Brighton beach and other surrounds. Public transport, if needed, available right out the front. Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff.
