We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday with her sister and brother-in-law and it was incredibly relaxing. The view from the property is breathtaking and the beach is easy to access. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We went to a local vineyard where the food and wine was exquisite and we grilled at the property the rest of the time. The last time I got this much sleep on a weekend was before my kids were born ;-) We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location. Really enjoyed the views of Long Island Sound and sitting on the deck in evening. Location is very quiet and conveniently located to the wineries, dining and other areas of interest. Suzanne is a great host. She promptly replied to our questions and had some great suggestions. Property was as described but the upstairs bathroom is a little small with a low ceiling. Overall an excellent visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at Suzzane’s little oasis. It was a perfect fall weekend getaway with friends. The house was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Suzzane was a wonderful host and made herself available for any questions. She even bought us a delicious strawberry pie from the local farm stand to enjoy during our stay. I would say she went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and relaxing which is just what we were looking for. The house was in a secluded quiet area but easy to drive/ Uber to all main attractions including wineries and restaurants. Plenty of parking for a few cars and the view was beautiful! We are already planning out next trip here!

My girlfriends flew in from all over for a girls weekend getaway. Suzanne made check in easy (our timeline got pushed back due to crazy traffic from Brooklyn) and even had a pie for us when we arrived! The house was super clean and instructions were clear. She even had a list of local restaurants and activities. The beach is an easy 3 minute walk and we sat in the sand and watched the sunset each night. The neighbor was even welcoming and understanding when a few of us accidentally walked through his yard to the beach. My friends and I are already talking about going back next year!

We were in town for a 3 day weekend for our son’s wedding. This location was convenient to where we needed to be. Our host was very accommodating! Even welcomed us with a blueberry pie from Briermere Farms, delicious! Everything we needed was here for us. All the linens are provided along with staples in the kitchen. Suzanne has thought of everything 😊 Be sure to walk the private beach area to look for sea glass! This house was truly a treasure to find and stay at! Thank you Suzanne!😊

Suzanne's place is super convenient to the beach and lots of farm stands. It is also fairly close to other North Fork attractions (windows, a lavender farm etc). We had great weather and really enjoyed the comfortable home and all the lovely birds that live nearby.

Suzanne was super accommodating and available whenever needed. She left us a delicious Briermere pie in the frig. House is spacious and open planned, great for a family. Outdoor deck is where you catch the beautiful sunsets! We flew kites down on the beach and had a blast!

What a lovely place. The view is gorgeous and the house is spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Suzanne even left us two bottles of local wine that were delicious. That was very generous of her and we enjoyed them. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and fast to reply. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach and spend time on the Long Island sound. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great house, with a beautiful location. We will stay here again!

The house is spacious, comfortably appointed, has a great view of the Sound and is well-located for wineries, breweries and distillery. The host (Suzanne) could not have been more responsive, helpful and accommodating.

This location is amazing - steps to the beach. A few notes - no microwave, the bathroom door does not close because there is a large commercial sized sink/vanity blocking the entrance, kitchen is outdated. If we were spending all day in the house it would not have worked for us, but since we mainly slept there it was OK. We were out all day at wineries, shopping and enjoying the outdoors.

This house is clean, comfortable and has incredible views of the water. We came for a great destination wedding so we were busy, but wished we had more time to just hang out on the deck and walk the beach! Suzanne is friendly, easy going and a responsive host. There are many nice amenities - like a propane fire pit hidden in the patio coffee table. If the upstairs bath was updated, we all agreed it would be a ten stars! Thank you, Suzanne!

Cute house with a private entrance to the beach. Suzanne was very accommodating and stayed in touch often. We loved the wineries, cute local farm stands, food and music at the marina and beach! Better experience than even expected!

The house Is on a quiet dead end street with a short walk to the private beach, and the clean and causal setting made for a relaxing stay. The driveway had plenty of parking for guests, and the owner Suzanne was absolutely fabulous. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your home with us.

You can’t beat the location! We were about 15 mins from the vineyard where the wedding we were attending was located, & right off the beach with an incredible view from the deck. Beach access is just steps away (across from the driveway, there’s a staircase that leads down) & a grill so we were able to save some money by grilling out quite a bit. Suzanne was so friendly & communicative, we even had a bottle of chilled white wine waiting for us! The home is beautiful, it just has a couple quirks! No microwave, & the door to the bathroom upstairs doesn’t fully close (it’s an en-suite bathroom though) - not problems for us, just something to be aware of before you visit. The downstairs full bath is completely renovated & is stunning. The house is just a quick drive to Target or to local vineyards as well. We had a fantastic time & would highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you Suzanne for such a wonderful stay! ☺️

The house was great and was perfect for a winery hop weekend in north fork! I would totally go back!!

This place was perfect. Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday with friends and family. Spent the weekend at the wineries which are a stone’s throw away from this gorgeous property. Sitting on the deck with the BBQ fired up sipping on a bourbon watching the sunset and the ocean. Easiest check in and check out ever. Owner was super helpful with all our questions. I’ll be back!!!!!

We used Suzanne's property for a small bachelorette for my sister and couldn't have been more happy with the accommodations. It was such a great location, wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the beach, and Suzanne was such a great host. She had no issues answering some questions for us throughout the weekend and best of all had left us an apple pie upon arrival! We hope to be back!

My group had a great weekend trip staying at Suzanne’s property! Suzanne was an awesome host - she is very thoughtful and was easy to communicate with. The house was as pictured and the downstairs was perfect for hanging out as a group! The location was amazing - the house had a fantastic view of the water and we could easily get to local breweries, vineyards, food, etc! I will definitely be back and stay at this property again!
