Staff were very helpful during a hard time with my partner in hospital.

It was all we needed, an overnight place to sleep and good place for car. We had been at a cycling competition and needed a place to sleep for the four of us. Helped with our late checkin. Good clear communication

The bathroom had a stench when you turned 9n the shower, bathroom was not cleaned or not cleaned well, bugs and hair in the shower and a nasty smell, toilet had marks on it with public hair on the seat and in the bowl, beds had some bugs and grass on them, was advertised as having foxtel and netflix on the smart tv, however no foxtel no netflix as nothong could connect to internet and free to air TV cut off at midnight. Wanted $100 extra for a 1 yr old each night, pool was also dirty, trampoline is unsafe. Disappointed.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Down to earth management .

Restaurant within facility was closed off.

Road noise. The facilities details out of date, booked believing there was a restaurant. Find out on arrival it has not been open for 2 years .
