La struttura non è vicinissima alla spiaggia e bisogna passare attraverso un altro resort per accedervi, e non ha un servizio ombrelloni dedicato.
La colazione ha opzioni prevalentemente locali, con poca scelta continentale.
Ristorante dell’albergo overpriced, come anche servizi spa.
Assolutamente evitare servizio lavanderia: i capi ci sono stati consegnati sporchi (solo sciacquati) e con macchie di ruggine non presenti alla consegna. Si aspettavano anche che avremmo pagato per il servizio e non ci hanno proposto nemmeno uno sconto per il danno causato. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi e insistere alla reception perdendo almeno 15 minuti.

Pochi lettini intorno alla piscina se consideriamo il numero di stanze.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was kind and helpful.
Pillows are very uncomfortable, aircon without remote. The restaurant served us spoiled food on the first day of our stay. We didn't order there anymore, we called for delivery and went to nearby rests. Breakfast buffet was normal, but some food wasn’t fresh. Pool was very cold.

One of the best hotels in Bali! Our stay was just wonderful! We had special honeymoon treatment and an amazing surprise on my birthday as well. I had to extend my stay in this hotel due to that lol! The buffet was very tasty and diverse. Rooms were super clean and modern, Gym was also very clean. The staff are more than exceptional and many thanks to Mr Udiana and all the hotel members!

Staff are amazing, bed was extremely comfortable and hotel has bicycles to take out for the day to explore.

Truly enjoyed my stay! Very spacious rooms with aircon, professional staff, great food at the restaurant. The beach is a short stroll away.
