Almost everything in the apartment is old or outdated. The door of the overhead cupboard in the kitchen was not screwed the door almost fell on my head. I’ve never seen a lower bed than what I was sleeping on. The bed needs to be replaced as it kept creaking with every movement I made. The WiFi works only in certain points in the house and it doesn’t connect in certain points. The pictures make the facility look ten times better than what it actually is.

I didn't like anything about The Regency 617 apartment. I booked the apartment 5 days before my stay and i paid in full but on the day of checking in when i arrived at the place with my wife they told us that they where fully booked That was sad because i traveled from Limpopo to Pretoria for this apartment, and it was our 1st weeding anniversary. So i dont advice anyone to book in that apartment because they can really disappoint you like imagine the inconvenience i went through. This was the 1st time we experiencing such because if you are fully booked it should say sold out. So why you take my money even when you are fully booked?. Still angry

Our stay was perfect and would recommend the spacious apartment. Well-suited for self-catering, but the restaurant is also to be recommended.

Location

I requested for an early check in and received confirmation that this was arranged. When I arrived at the property the room was not ready, the host was ignoring my calls, the cleaning staff was extremely rude to me. I had to change in a dirty room after almost an hour of waiting. I missed my child’s graduation because of this. I am utterly disappointed to say the least

Staff are amazing, great location

The apartment needs a few upgrades, new linen, and bath towels.
