Un poco lejos de la playa y centro

Quartos muito confortáveis , a limpeza diária é fabulosa , funcionários muito prestáveis ! A localização é excelente a a caminhada de 10 mim do centro e da praia , longe da confusão mas situado em rua com comércio ( farmácia , padaria, frutaria , restaurantes ) , os guaxinins nos arrendores do alojamento tornam tudo muito autêntico , voltaria a ficar hospedada ! Obrigada

Talvez o Wi-Fi , poderia ser mais forte nos quartos , mas sendo uma ilha é normal .

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily, the pool was nice to cool down in the afternoon and air con worked well. staff were friendly and helpful.

it is a little bit of a walk to town (5-10 mins), wifi was a bit slow and dropped out

we have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was close to the beach and also centre and ferry. Staff was nice and helpfull.

wifi was not so good in our room and there was a reconstruction near the accomodation, so when we wanted to be in the pool It was really noisy due to the reconstruction.

Good location. Liked it had nice pool and childrens playground. Good bed.

The room vas kept really clean which is hard to maintain when there is sand all around. 😊 The pool and the pool area was really nice.

Really uncomfortable mattresses, they looked like really used ones. Also it was quite noisy during the night (other guests coming from bars).

The location was great, nice room and surprisingly very quiet. Lovely pool area with lots of lounge chairs. Nice little balcony.

Staff could have replaced empty toilet paper, coffee and sugar without us needing to ask daily. The roof has potential as a lovely place to watch the sunset and sunrise, and/or do morning exercises or yoga but it is completely lacking in amenities. The racoon poo is a bit of a concern. It would be better if it could be cleaned up daily, including washing the area.

tv and microwave were not working. Desk attendant and manager were notified. They checked it and upon return to room, money in purse was missing. When I brought it their attention I was accused of racism and my responsibility to use hard to use safe. Visitors beware.

Very good hotel with great staff! Receptionist was very nice and friendly, he helped us a lot! Room was clean. Hotel close to beautiful beach! It was a Paradise!

Everything was perfect, the staff were lovely and the place was really nice and clean with a great location.

The WiFi was very poor and could only receive connection by the pool.

- swimming pool clean - beds slept very well

- property and swimming pool are next to a building under construction which means noise (drilling) sometimes for hours and hours (see pic of building under construction) - at check-in they ask for a deposit which is crazy for a hotel to ask this. they say Booking.com asks this deposit but this is not true of course. They threaten to cancel your stay if you don’t pay this deposit. - you have to sign a form at check-in that you will loose the deposit when you make stains (blood or any other fluid) on sheets, carpet, towels. The towels you receive are already full of stains, there were stains on the sheets and curtains, how can they ask guests to return them in perfect condition??? also the mat in the bathroom was incredibly filthy, how can you ask guests not to make any stains when you provide such dirty mats? (see picture) - staff/owner is very unfriendly - the dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower did not work - room is for 4 people but there are only 2 chairs - there is a long list of rules that you need to sign at check-in. very strict! - insects in the kitchen

Great quiet location

Lovely hotel, maybe a little further away from town than ideal, but does mean not impacted by the late night noises etc. Room was a great size, good balcony, kitchen facilities, and functional bathroom. Nice to have option of fan and/or aircon. If walking, don't take the route google maps suggests along C. Hernan Cortes, it is not passable after rain at the far end! Take the next road instead.

Be cautious of whether the door locks properly when you leave - I often had to "slam" mine a couple times to make sure it actually worked. Neither of the bedside lamps worked, but not really an issue.

There was a pool. There is a nice hammock relaxing area. The rooms are clean. There is a mini kitchen area in each room but no oven or hob. The hotel provides towels for the pool.

The wifi is terrible and cuts very often in both the rooms, and the public areas. But we overheard the maybe manager talking about installing some wifi boosters near the pool, so maybe it will improve . The cleaning staff sending a photo of some towels we left on the floor in our room after the children had been in the pool, and then the maybe manager coming to the pool and scolding us like naughty schoolchildren in front of other guests because "that it is not permitted". I understand it is very important to conserve water on the island but this was the first time we did it, on day 5 of our week long stay. But instead of just hanging the towels up in our room, they took them for washing... So we needed to ask for new towels to dry our kids who were back in the pool!! It still makes no sense. And just left a nasty feeling for us. The table tennis table is on its last legs, it looks like it got wet and so is not straight anymore. They are building a new part of the hotel opposite the pool for a reception, and cafe. It is progressing very slowly.

Very nice hotel. Big, comfortable room. Nice pool.

- Great location, walking distance to everything needed. - AC and shower worked good. - Nice there was coffee. - Clean room, housekeeping is coming every day.

- Felt like a motel: in the morning and during the day there are a lot of children in the pool, during the night young people start drinking on the terrace. Walls are super thin, so both caused a lot of noice. - Construction work going on next to the pool. - Poor WiFi connection. - Beds were too short in length, just 1,80 m instead of 2,00 m, not made for tall Dutchies. - Housekeeping woke us up at 10 am for cleaning, way too early. - Not allowed to refill your water bottle.

The price.

The WiFi was really lame. The units are not sound proof so it got quite noisy.
