Biz sadece kahvaltı dahil almıştık . Kahvaltısı kötüydü.
Hizmet yerlerde. Çalışan profili kötü. 9 gün kaldık güven vermedikleri için odamızı temizletemedik bile. Giriş çıkışlarda asla yardımcı olmadılar . Bir tane fazla kek için sizi kamera çekiyor ücretini çıkarken ödersiniz gibi laflar ettiler. Gerçekten kötü bir deneyimdi.

It is in the center of Nama bay market, which is perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean as if it is new. The beach water was lovely.
The staff especially the reception were not really very friendly. They were polite, but very stiff. The food had no varieties at all, but was of good quality.

We had a Seaview deluxe room - very spacious and a lovely balcony. Hotel is in a great location in the middle of Naama bay. Decor is a little tired but overall great value. Nice big pool and good breakfast ( we were b n b only).

This is my 2nd time to stay there. Amazing service food is amazing which is a rare thing to find in Sharm El Shiekh with that budget.Staff are very friendly and responsive the room had an A/C problem called the reception and exactly in few minutes it was resolved!
Towels are clean and beach towels are being changed everyday by house keeping (sanitized and sealed!)
Laundry service is awesome with very cheap prices and you receive it the same day without any extra fees!
Of course I have to mention the great location it is close to everything (super markets,nightclubs,cafes restaurants..etc) literally in the heart of naama bay.
The beach is amazing as well and water activity prices are very reasonable.

Had booked the standard twin room. It was pretty comfortable and clean. The ambiance was cozy. The balcony outside my room had a very beautiful view of Hotel’s pool. The lighting in the room and around pool was excellent! The location is right in the downtown.
At the time of check-in, I had to show him my booking details to get the room I had paid for. Otherwise the receptionist was giving me the basic room without Balcony. I had to argue a bit with details in the confirmation Email. Recommendations for up-gradation are fine but one should not trap by showing the wrong room at first. He was asking for more bucks for balcony before I showed him the confirmation email that had balcony included in the package.

I was attacked violently by 3 Russians at the hotel's beach, and no security did secure me nor the beach.

Staff are nice and supportive; location is marvelous in the middle of neama bay. Although, there was renovations in the nearby area, we enjoyed the location. Beach was very beautiful and the water sports center at the hotel were very organized and lots of variety in sports. We enjoyed the banana boat, parasailing, speedboat and kayak.
Swimming pool is oozy and clean, lifeguard was available all time. Animation team were nice and polite.
I had my mom on wheel chair, unfortunately hotel is not designed to facilitate wheel chairs guest access. Staff were very supportive especially receptionist who offered a ground floor room for our mom.
Food is not good at all, breakfast was very poor, bad quality for cheese and bakeries were not good. Yet, restaurant staff were so nice and welling to support all time.

Everything was so bad, receptionist Mostafa when we ask dor anything,he replies no no.bathroom smells bad,blanket smells bad.wverything was bad . that's why i cancelled my booking and change to another hotel.
