Our host was very accommodating and most hospitable. We arrived late after a very delayed train trip. Good value for money.
The accommodation was old and interesting. The room was very quiet and dark, good for sleeping. It was very very clean and everything worked properly. Very good secure lock up for bicycles.
I was able to cook a meal in the kitchen.
Very close to an interesting area of Angers and also an easy walk to the old city, easy access to the river.
Very close to the cycleways, easy to find the accommodation, even in the dark.

The people who assisted me were very nice explaining the different parts of the city. The apartment is just 10 minutes walking to the centerit is an old house with 2 beautiful gardens. One was in front of the door of my apartment and I could see the other from my window. In one of the garden there is a beautiful table where you can sit and have lunch or dinner. Thank you very much Eric and Maryline!

We enjoyed the location in the old part of town. The place has real character and was nice and quiet. We could park our motorcyle right outside. Nice breeze through the windows. Comfortable.

Just about everything! The host was very kind, the location was very quiet, and the accommodation overall was wonderful!
15-20 minute walk to most things you'd want to see.
It had that "old world" feel, somewhat including the passageway to the apartment. Wooden beams and an (unused) fireplace really just made this a great feeling place. Very easy to feel relaxed here.
More of a "heads up" for other guests - the roof/ceiling in the bathroom is slanted, so no actual standing shower.

The terrasse apartment is so so lovely, and is in a quiet and historic neighbourhood of Angers but only about 15 kins walking to the city center. The hosts are nice. Such a relaxing stay.

Very clean and great kitchenette with everything you would need. Lovely lady gave an orientation on arrival.
Terrible mattress. No stand up. Shower only hand held in a bathtub which was a bit dangerous for me.

Very steep steps to room. Rather far from town, up steep roads.

Great location. Quiet. Easy walking to the chateau and cathedral as well as cafes and shop. Welcoming host. Nice size room. Very clean.
The only thing we could think of is more comfortable chairs in the courtyard.

Eric is a great host and nice person. He was always concerned about our comfort and recommend interesting sites to visit. I highly recommend Le Close De La Bouteille.

Great location to get into the city centre, close to local shops and the bus stop. Very quiet location and private. Friendly and helpful hosts.
Few more utensils in the kitchen such as knives and a medium sized saucepan and wooden chopping board for prepping fruit and veg.

Eric is a great host, and very helpful. The apartment is brilliantly located and within walking distance of the old town and the sights. It is one of the best furnished apartments on our trip and very clean. Thank you for your hospitality.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There is plenty of hanging space and storage. The location was excellent and we could walk everywhere from the accommodation. There is free secure parking very close by. We loved the town and had an excellent stay. Thank you Eric.
