checkout time of 10am is very early and there was no ability to leave our baggage for the few hours before heading to the airport in the afternoon.

Very clean and pretty double room in a quiet area. Located near Hakusan station and University of Tokyo.

No meals included.

The location is very convenient, close to Hakusan station. The room is nice, cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness is ok. The owners live right upstairs and the 2 floors are connected by shared internal stairs.

The room description says "private bathroom" but it is shared with the owner's family living upstairs. The family is nice but really noisy, especially in the evening. The lock at the entrance door is really really hard to open.

Convenience to Universities and student housing.

Very nice place, perfect amenity, and the host is a kind couple and a cute baby. I will dedinitely come back next time!!
