Era appena fuori dal centro... non proprio città.. ma grazie alla proprietaria e al taxista ci siamo sentiti a casa e protetti. Poi l'osteria all'angolo ha messo la ciliegina sulla torta.

Old furnitures, old beds, not clean at all...thousands of mosquitos... not worth for the money

Person, who provided the keys, was very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was missing essential stuff like sponge, dish soap, lighter (gas oven is without automatic ignition), tea towel, oil (available oil expired last year), salt, pepper, ... Electric oven (for baking) was broken. The so called "Double Bed" was max. 140cm (expected 180cm or at least 160cm). Apartment was not at the location mentioned at booking.com, it was 2 min away from the location and close to a loud/busy street. Window/balcony door do hardly provide sound insulation. Stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow. Floor was not clean, our socks became very dirty, when walking without shoes. We had to book the apartment, since there were not many other options, but it didn't feel like it's worth the money.

Over all! The times with a 9 rating are over. 86 Euro for one person is to much for such bad room conditions. 1. Room door of IPPOCAMPO is hanging on the floor and blocking 2. Door has a hole next to the key hole. 3. Condition is very bad and the laminat is very often destroyed 4. Room needs every paint on the walls 5. Climate remote control for the air conditioner is defect and dirty. 6. The remote control battery for the air conditioner was empty and the air conditioner was not working because of the batteries. 7. Toilet seat was defect. 8. One light in the bathroom was defect. 9. Shower tube is defect and oxidated 10. There was no hook for the towel near the bathroom sink. 11. The tiling are defeft. 12. The paint of shower tray is cracking. 13. The front door area direct in front of the door is not clean! 14. The shower heads need descaling. ...
