The hotel is located a little out of the way....but has easy access to Nicoll highway MRT station and is a reasonable walk to Kampong Glam and Bugis. Outlooks vary from water views to the wall of the golden mile building behind the hotel. There is an excellent hawker centre opposite.

Not very soundproof. Some noisy guests were a problem.

The hotel is located in a relatively good neighborhood, 10 min walk form bar and restaurants.

However, the room was supper humid. Most of the staff‘s English level did not meet the professional requirements for such a hotel. It was not easy to communicate with the receptions and miscommunications could happen for a long stay easily.

De locatie handig vlakbij een bushalte en de metro op ongeveer 10 min loopafstand de Arabische wijk ligt dichtbij met genoeg eet gelegenheid en ook tegenover het hotel zitten eettentjes.

Strategically located. Very good service as allowed early check in which was a relief so we cud freshen up before lunch. Easy check in & proximity to good cafes. Public transport is good too as near the MRT 5 mins away.

No idea why our access cars a weren’t working on the 2 nd day. Glitch ? Small hiccup.

Staff was slightly rude, and didn’t seem upto the standard of 4-star hotel.

Very clean and we were able to check in slightly early which was very welcome!

Room is slightly on the small side for a family.

I liked how it was very close to the MRT and famous places like Haji Lane, MBS, suntech, national stadium etc.

For a hotel that markets itself as 4 star, the experience wasnt 4 star from the staff. The staff didnt even give me a receipt after checking out of the hotel. There was also one day where housekeeping just took out the trash but didnt make our beds nor clean the room. For a 4 star hotel, I wouldve expected better service and experience.

The location is quite near to MRT and only one station from stadium if you are planning to go to the concert

The price is not worth the service and facilities. I mean the room is not spacious and most important part the pillows provided are not comfy at all. The staff are not friendly. I asked for laundry bag because apparently it is not in the room but the service desk asked me back why i want the laundry bag. What kind of question is that? Then, i have to request for 3 times until they send me that bag to my room. Very lousy one. If I plan to go to any concert again in SG, i will avoid this hotel at any cost. Trust me, not worth it!

Value for money and location is very close to the Stadium!

Reception area is small and can easily gets crowded.

Check inn schnell und unkompliziert. Nettes Personal. Frühstück mehr wie gut für asiatische Verhältnisse sehr gut und lecker. Mini Bar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Super danke. Zentral wir sind alles gelaufen.

Kleine Zimmer aber klar für Singapur. Preis Leistung ok. Leider sehr voller Frühstücks Raum bei so einem großen Hotel. Sehr früh am besten frühstücken gehen.

Location was central.

The room was small, old and very tired. Photos looked a lot newer than the actual property. Very expensive for the quality of room.

新しいホテルで清潔感があった。他の市内のホテルより部屋が広く快適。ベイサンズなど主要な観光地への地下鉄、バスのアクセスが良い。スタッフが親切で最終日の荷物預かりや、更衣室の利用など便宜を図ってくれた。朝食はバイキングだが種類が多く、どれも美味しかった。ベットも程よい柔らかさで、快眠できた。

欲を言えばシャワーのみでなくバスタブがあったらなお良かった。 バスルームの鍵が壊れていて、内側からロックできなかった。 海側には高いビルがあり、町側の眺めもさほど良くはなかった。 屋上のプールからはベイエリアを見渡せるが、それ以外は眺望に関しては良いとは言えない。

Friendly and helpful personell. Enough towels at the pool. Pool on the rooftop was very good.

Smelly rooms. No shower gel and TV remote batteries were empty. Breakfast wasn‘t my favorite (bread wasn‘t baked all the way through and the buffet wasn‘t refilled quickly)

l’odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, due à la climatisation (elle a disparu quand on l’a coupée) très désagréable la salle de bain très petite et surtout pas fonctionnelle : rien pour poser les affaires, pour accrocher les vêtements le petit déjeuner à 35$ !!! le ménage apparemment discutable ( mon fils a trouvé des chaussons sous son matelas, preuve que le menage sous les lits n’est pas fait ! )

I liked the Room, Breakfast and the location.

you should allow more devices to connect to Wifi, i experienced once i logged in to my 2 mobiles and one tab for wifi i was not able to connect to 4the device my laptop unless i remove one logged in devices. The rooms had all dim lights, so there should be option for lights to increase or make it dim. The heater hot water was hot mostly in the mornings time and later in the afternoon or at night the hot water temperatures is reduced.

hotel have a very good location near is MRT station , good food cort is a front of hotel.

The staff were just stunning - the service and friendliness way exceeded expectations

Affordable hotel with nice and polite staff in relatively good location. Nice view from the rooftop pool and close to the bus station. I was nicely surprised having a card for electricity already in my room so I didn’t have to use my own every time I enter the room.

Rooms are not soundproof at all, I could hear guests from the opposite rooms. Also there are no umbrellas by the rooftop pool so there is no shadow to cool down.

Location was perfect for the F1, 10 min walk to track at Turn 1. Pool was awesome. Rooms small but comfortable.

Free wifi kept running out.

朝食のバリエーションが豊富で、おいしかった。 駅から近くて便利。 手早く、気持ちよく掃除がされていた。

チェックインの女性スタッフが最低でした。 シングルベッド二台で予約していたのに、クイーンサイズのベッドの部屋だったので、すぐに他の部屋にしていただきたいと申し出たところ、他の部屋はいっぱいなので、20分待ってくださいと言われました。 待っていても、何も言われないので、男性のチェックインカウンターに立っている方に申し出たところ、何の引継ぎもされておらず、部屋も混んでいる様子もなく、すぐにシングルベッド二台の部屋に案内されました。 もう他の従業員の方はとても素晴らしかったのに、 その点がすごく残念でした。

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Dachterrasse mit Pool. Das Personal an der Rezeption war - bis auf einen recht unfreundlichen Kollegen - freundlich.

Das FR war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben umgerechnet 50,00 € für ein gruseliges FR bezahlt. Die Auswahl schlecht, der Kaffee grausam (ohne Milchangebot, die musste man sich aus der Müsliecke besorgen. Was warm hätte sein, sollen war kalt (z.B. Eier). Es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Zum Glück hatten wir nicht im Voraus gebucht. Wer ggf. eine Postkarte zum Versand dort abgeben möchte, wird abgewiesen.
