Owner was friendly and helpful. The space was lovely, comfortable and had everything I needed. Lovely property in a good location.

nice and big appartment with nice garden. equipped kitchen with basic ingredients for cooking (oil, salt...) 5 min walk from the sea. because we were there in low seasons and appartment were free, we got bigger appartment that we actually booked.

Very quiet, no noise anytime. Close to amenities. Good location. Allowed to stay in apt. at a little extra cost on departure day. Host very pleasant.

TV didn't work most of the time & electricity cut out on one night. Owner called in to fix it. Wouldn't really call it a sea view. No swimming pool attached.

Great location, friendly owner and little welcome goodies like cleaning products, fresh fruit and coffee. Clean, very nice apartment with balcony. Would definitely recommend.

The shower door was broken and hairdryer worked for about 2 mins. Also beds were quite hard. Wasn't a big issue though.

Kyriaki herself was very friendly and helpful and always available. The apartment is in a fantastic location, a short stroll to the beach and many excellent restaurants. If we return to Crete we will be more than happy to stay in the same apartment.

The kitchen is limited in terms of kitchenware. It was not a problem for us but might be a problem for people who would plan on cooking a lot.

We enjoyed our one-week stay in this clean and really cozy apartment. The host, Ms. Kyriaki, was always available, helped in any problem. The location of the apartment is great; close to all facilities and at the same time it is quiet. It was a perfect start-point for our road-bicycle trips to the west and south part of the island. We absolutely recommend to stay here.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The landlady was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, five minutes walk from the beach and 3 from the main street of Agia Marina but still quiet. I can only recommend.

The property is basically composed out of multiple separate houses. We were assigned one which we found to be even better than in the pictures. It was really clean, looked almost as brand new, all kitchen appliances were great and functional, lots of space inside the living room, a sofa where to relax or leave your backpacks, the bed was large enough to sleep comfortably. Shower cabin was also quite spacious, the whole bathroom was well taken care of. You will also find an iron for clothes in case you need one. We were also met with fresh water and a fruit basket upon arrival. The lady which owns the property also lives on the premises, in a separate house, so in case you need anything it will be very easy to reach out to her. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to someone else, looking for a spot in the area. It is further away from the crowds of Chania yet within a few mins drive reaching distance if one who wants to also visit the city.

The parking could have been slightly bigger. Fortunately, there were no other cars during the days when we stayed but if there were, it would have been a bit tricky. The private 'parking lot' is basically a small yard which fits 3 cars at most, in the back of the property. Depends on your luck how busy it gets. Also, in order to reach the back parking spots, there is a very narrow path to drive through so make sure you don't rent a big car :D

It is very nice house even bigger than on the photos. There is all you need and even more. The host Kyriaki is very nice and helpful. She speaks english and german. She booked a taxi for us, treated us with cookies, gave us baby chair, was very kind and attentive. She can also help with renting a car or something else. There is a sun umbrella in the apartment. We had a table with chairs on the terrace and on the balcony. Sea view is partly. It was very comfortable to come here in the evenings or after beach day and feel like at home. Washing machine is a bonus: it’s hard to find apartment with it, but it is very comfortable with a baby and for long-standing like we had. Kitchen is very good equipped. The street is quite. Beach and main street with mini markets and restaurants are very close. Next to the apartment there is nice tavern Veranta. We had a great time in August and September at Kyriaki’s cosy apartment!

The apartment is really nice! It is big, has all facilities you might need, and the area itself looks cozy. Kyriaki was really friendly and reacted fast in a case we needed something. We could park our car just in front, and nearby you find many restaurants and mini markets. The beach is in walking distance.

Ms. Kyriaki was an excellent host and she speaks perfect German. The welcome was very pleasant, as it should be in Greece, at least in my case; even when we made a check-in on approx.2 am. In the morning, Ms. Kyriaki asked us if we´d like coffee and several times during our stay, we exchanged some words during morning coffee (what a great host and great people there). We were always asked if we need something (if the apartment should be cleaned, towels exchange etc.) The apartment was extremely clean (especially important in this Corona time), you have practically everything that you need, even disinfectant for hands. If I decide to turn back to Crete, I will surly come back to this Apartment. Recommendation for everybody.
