The property is not at all far from the city centre. Yet gives a secluded touch due to the structure of jt. The top floor view from room was beautiful. The staffs were helpful and foods were delicious.

There are lots of stairs for the top floor rooms. If one is okay to climb stairs of 5-6 floors, it should nit be a problem. There are bugs, but the hotel staffs continuously tried to repel them. Was not an issue for us.

The location was walking distance to town and breakfast was good.

There were too many issues with the hotel- I booked 2 rooms at the hotel same type and price but still got one room which was very small for which the manager compensated with complimentary breakfast and that was the only good part of my whole stay. The bigger room ac was not working , we did not sleep well and there only resolution was a fan which was noisy. Room temperature all night was at 25 degree+ and the manager's response is we fixed our ac last week so everything is fine it takes time for the room to cool down. No manager at night to find a solution, he did not even answer staff calls and in the morning also he did not turn up to speak to him after multiple requests he just sent Whatsapp messages which were very rude. I waited for 3 hours and room did not become cooler even till 1 am and staff did not care. I asked to move to a different room but they were full The towels were stained can't be sure if they were washed, tub had mould on it and overall not a good experience since the property was not cheap. Also no lift in at the property.

Everything from food to the hospitality Neil was awesome he was our cook / tuk tuk driver and a bar tender, an amazing all in one guy 😀

Bel établissement bien décoré. Service client très efficace Établissement à étages avec une superbe vue sur les collines Chambres confortables avec salle de bain propre + eau chaude Restaurant disponible sur place Proche du centre d'Ella et des attractions/randonnées. Le centre d'Ella est à éviter absolument sauf pour les repas.

Beaucoup d'escalier mais malheureusement la région est vallonnée.

Really nice, new looking hotel. Really conveniently located for the Main Street, Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Pool club and ten mins walk from the station. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Hotel felt new and clean and they were able to sort our onward transfer to Udawalawale.

Only (small) issue was that there was a smell coming from the bathroom. Didn’t really bother us as we were only in the room for limited time.

Nadherny vyhled, kousek v vodopadum, Little Adams na dosah, kousek do centra. Mily personal, dobra snidane.

Ubytovani, zvlaste vyhled uplne neodpovida. Asi photoshop 😉, pokoj s terasou a soukromou zahradou jsme hledali marne 🤣.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal Habitación muy correcta

Tal vez faltan detalles en la hab que terminar. Un poco estrecha. Pero en general muy correcta por el precio y lo que vimos en el centro de Ella .
