Amazing view! The staff was really great and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very nice and warm. The lobby upstairs is just wonderful. Also monkeys come say hello. Really recomended.

Many srairs so it might difficult if you have problem with that. Hard to find transportaion at night to the city.

Serenite Ella was a beautiful property nestled in the trees and views. The room was spacious and the patio deck was a lovely additional space to use.

The people there were super friendly and helpful. The owner talked to us and told us how he built the accommodation and that he didn't cut down any trees. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise.

A lot of things in room needs repair, no side table, power points not accessible, fan not accessible to switch on . Tv placed in awkward position.

The view was absolutely amazing! And the staff were so friendly and hospitable, and they went above and beyond in helping us out with anything we needed.

Beautiful mountain setting with balcony. We enjoyed the nice bed and the lovely breakfast.

Although the view is stunning its not (easily) possible to walk from Ella city center. But its only ~8min with a Tuk Tuk ride

Nice hotel with an incredible view and friendly staff. Easily accessible from the station although it is very uphill and will require a vehicule. The breakfast was also good.

The views from the room were incredible and the room itself was very very beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. The place to have breakfast, relax, etc is just amazing, having tea there is one of the best things we did in Ella (in addition to the hiking :) ). The food is great! We always had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and it was the best we could do. This is a relatively small and charming hotel, we will definitely repeat if we visit Ella again.

Foods are delicious and the staff members are very friendly and supportive. Calm and quiet place better for mind relaxing. Highly recommend the place.
