The location was perfect. Very central to shops, ferries, entertainment. Wonderful views over the harbour and parking pretty close to the house. Very warm, and very comfortable beds with amazing views. Beautifully presented bathrooms, both a bath and showers. Helpful welcome packs to get us started on arrival. Balconies, with tables and chairs, on each floor though sadly, not warm enough for us to sit out.

The only frustration we had was with the tiny sink in the kitchen. We like to cook but we didn't want to run the dishwasher every time we had a small amount of washing up, but you couldn't really wash a plate in the sink without water going over the floor.

The location of this property is wonderful.Equiped with everything you need, brolly included!Comfortable, inviting, furnished just how I like it.I won't be hesitating to make a return visit....The host looks after things very well.

Fantastic location. Superb views from all windows. Very comfortable beds. Cosy and comfortable interior.

Despite arriving an hour later than we were allowed to enter property, property was not ready. Owner still there complete with tool box. Then next morning whilst having breakfast owner arrived again with engineer for the wifi. To be fair she did tell us this would be happening but as I said "Tell" not "ask if it was ok". Felt we had little say in the matter. She visited on another occasion to drop off something which because it was put into a cupboard I presume could have waited until we left the next day. Felt this to be a little intrusive. Downstairs bathroom was a little on the shabby side and the shower a bit of a joke. One of the bath towels had a huge brown looked like burnt make on it Cups/mugs and teaspoons all a little thin on the ground just enough for one each and one over. Lower balcony could definitely do with a tidy up.

Great central location with easy (via steep steps) access to shops and restaurants etc. Great views over Falmouth harbour and towards Flushing. Warm and comfortable house over two floors, certainly enough room for a couple of people. Good sized towels etc.

DRIVERS BEWARE: Traffic wardens are over zealous - do not leave your car unattended in the allotted parking space, even for the four minutes or so it may take you to enter the house and find the parking permit.

Location is exceptional. Centre of town with stunning views from all 3 balconys.

The cleaning company used were not thorough at all. Mould on the shower head, sides and railings felt greasy, balconies not swept or tidied .. it really let the owner ( Helena ) down .. The ground floor smelt damp and the flooring in the basement room was also in waves where the flooring needed refitted ( big mounds not little ripples ) We bought lots of dettol wipes and wiped down prior to using anything .. I really hate giving a bad review but all of the above can be corrected, to ensure that this little place is more comfortable 😌

The flat's location was great - amazing views of the harbour from each floor of the house. The house came with everything we needed. The house was very cute with lovely interior. Great stay we will be returning!

The location of the property was perfect: a 5 minute stroll into Falmouth; views from each of the balconies were mesmerising; the property was beautifully presented, with everything that we needed to make our stay perfect and the comfiest bed ever slept in whilst on holiday. The hosts were available whenever we needed them and their beautiful Cornish goodies were a welcome gift when we arrived.

The property was comfortable, and in a great location. Great views over the docks, excellent pub nearby too! The owner is super helpful as well. Beds were blissful. And being able to sit in the balcony, awesome.

Parking was up the road slightly. Not a huge issue though.
