Bon emplacement, pas loin du centre. Chambre très calme (double vitrage). Le personnel a fait son possible pour satisfaire ma demande.

J'avais demandé, lors de la réservation, une chambre au 1er étage. Il m'avait été répondu que c'était OK. Quand je suis arrivée, j'avais une chambre ... au 4ème étage ! Je n'étais pas vraiment contente, mais heureusement, les personnes de l'accueil ont réussi, après un certain temps, à me trouver une chambre au 1er.

Location was great as was attending an event at the arena, but still close enough to city centre.

Only negative point was there could have been more coat hangers and somewhere to hang coats/jackets

Great location, rooms lovely and clean, bed so comfy and big. The welcome bag was a nice gesture, and the complimentary hot drinks. Liked that you could cast to the TV to watch Netflix etc. Having a late check out of midday is great. Would definitely stay again.

Our only niggle was that there was no hand towel in the bathroom so we had to use a bath towel.

Stayed for Disney on Ice. Great location as only a 5-10 min walk to the Leeds Arena. Clean bedroom & comfy beds Quiet environment, had a coffee machine (NESPRESSO) Which definitely was a lovely suprise!!! Plenty of lights in the room & loved that pretty much all was controllable from the bedside! Stayed in the family room which was HUGE!!

Only downside was that the bathroom bin wasn't emptied so had to avoid touching the previous stayers Sanitary Products

Good value for money, rooms were okay cleaned. There is free WiFi. The lighting in the rooms is a bit off, if you want to do your makeup for example. In general good place with a great location, staff were friendly and always smiling.

The lights in the room, even if you turn all of them on it's still a bit dark. Toilet paper was very thin too.

Toliet seat was broken, and not repaired in when reported. Lack of towels for 2 people.

Staff v helpful and gave us a room in quieter part as I had my 9yr old with me. Bedrooms clean and spacious for city hotel. Great location for the Arena. Also, free tea in reception was great.

Central location. Good for Leeds city centre and concerts.

Not a dislike but as it’s a city centre hotel, there are people coming to their rooms in the night. If you have to have an absolutely silent hotel, this is not for you.

I like the bedroom, the hallway, the carpet and the reception area.

The room was very cramped Two people in the bathroom was a tight squeeze

Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. I wasn’t disturbed by noise as I am a light sleeper.
