Honestly, the staff were the only nice thing about the place

The place is just noisy inside. The shower was not clean, the shower drain was blocked, the water would fill up while showering, and the soap holder in the shower was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the room looked clean but the smell in the room was to strong and unpleasant.

I didnt have any high expectations and was simply looking for a room close to my event. Turns out the room was fantastic, great staff, clean and very comfortable. Bed was amazing - thank you !

Nothing to mention. Be prepared for it to be a little noisy on Florida Road but this didnt go on too late.

Stuff are

The bed, shower and the proximity of the hotel to other sites and areas of interest. The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was extremely courteous.

Friday and Saturday were the worst nights ever! The level of noise from the Hooters Club below/next door was horribly unbearable, my goodness! Also, the lady at the reception hardly smiled or was of help to us, perhaps she thought we were obligated to stay there! I guess, this is what is expected from a ***-star hotel?
