Peaceful, quiet & very comfortable.

Absolutely everything, the location was stunning, spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated & comfortable. couldn’t fault anything & would definitely stay again. It was a work/pleasure break & was perfect for our needs.

This place is absolutely stunning!! The most perfect 4 nights away at the snug. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed and more! Overall a really comfortable cottage, everyone needs to visit here for a break away!! Location was also great for coastal walks. Loved the white company toiletries, whole place was spotless and we would absolutely visit again. i cannot think of a single thing that would make this place better.. we especially loved seeing the goats everyday!

Location was superb - views out to sea were lovely and opening the door early morning and listening to dawn chorus was a treat. I felt welcome and this particular unit afforded a good degree of privacy.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only observations I would make (and they are minor) is that there was a good selection of wine and beer glasses but no tumblers for gin. Also, small bowls for cereal/desserts/soup, but larger bowls suitable for pasta would have been handy. I got round this though and it didn't stop me enjoying my time there.

Self catering and everything provided to do this successfully was done to a very high standard. The host was very welcoming and friendly, took time to check we were happy but was not intrusive at all.

We would have loved a sea view but we knew that it was limited in that regard.

Very well set up so we were able to be genuinely self-contained and happy to self-cater in the evenings (with Covid, pubs and restaurants not an option).

Observations rather than dislikes: Not cheap - but on balance, worth paying to be comfortable and self-sufficient. Clever refurb of a historic building - good use of roof volume, but restricted views to surrounding views. That is solved by walking out the front door!

Clean, well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Everything that we needed was already provided for. Although a part of a small holiday complex it was well laid out so that we had complete privacy and were largely unaware of the other guests.
