The room was clean, sheets were new

No complimentary water, staff at the reception too blunt, washrooms below par, no toothbrushes and towels not very clean. We got their suite but there were no arrangements for the 3rd person

We didn't like anything. Our experience was total disappointment.

Staff is rude. They don't know how to manage that place. Only the rooms was big it was not clean. Sheets were torn, towel provided were not clean they had red and black stains. The reason that they give fir the same is they are used towels and it will be like that only. We have been to enough hotels to know different between clean and unclean towel and how other hotels have clean white towel. They charge you for basic things such as water bottles which should be complimentary initially. We booked the room with breakfast inclusive and what we got was only puri bhaji and chai. When we got puri bhaji we told the staff to give chai later or keep the kettle and he replied that if he keeps the kettle then he won't be able to serve tea to other guests. That means they have only 1 kettle in entire hotel. Reviews that are on booking. Com were not relevant for us as they didn't match our experience. Google review gave us an eye opener. Very pathetic.

I don't like you one of the staff members who has given dinner to us. his behavior is very bad

Online rate and real rate are different

Very dusty and not clean corridors.Rooms were fine but they didn't provide breakfast even though we paid for it in the app.Booking customer care didn't help us either.Not value for money.
