Disappointed that the emails I sent management upon our check in with issues were never acknowledged. The home had a musty smell upon arrival and foul odor from garbage disposal. kitchen is not adequately equipped with pots/pans . Shelve in fridge was broken as well as broken shelves in pantry. Tubs very slow to drain and mold on all the vents which made my week miserable due to allergies. Even if this is an investment property with an absentee owner I would think the Seashore management would of ensured the upkeep of the condo . We will not be renting here again but it won’t keep us from returning to HHI in the future .

This rental was disappointing. Problems - not enough parking, uncomfortable furniture, lack of kitchen amenities. Mngment company brought us the utensils & kitchen equipment needed for a normal stay. The last thing you need on vacation is to have to fight for a parking space. Each unit needs 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional overflow parking. Also,I live in SC. I know how to operate a 2-unit AC system. The AC did not work correctly from day one. What's more important than AC in SC!Positives - sorta close to overcrowded Beach, 3.5 bathrooms, very roomy.

Overall very clean. Just wish we had a grill for outside. Upstairs got pretty hot during the day even with the air blasted. Beds were very comfortable though! Nice to have a washer and dryer big enough to fit plenty of clothes for laundry. Would book this condo again.

This was a great location and great floor plan for our family vacation.

The condo is great. But on Monday morning we were awakened by sawing, hammering,and yelling from the condo next door. Luckily we were able to move to another condo in the complex. Seaside Vacation Rentals were amazing! Thanks to Heidi for getting us switched. She also had the house cleaning service find my husband’s mouth piece that was lost in the move from 210 to 196 Beachwalk. Moving was not fun but the construction zone was unacceptable.

Great vacation loved the villa

Check in process was straightforward. Location is great and about 7-minute walk to the beach. When we got into the rental it smelled quite bad and it was clear the furniture and carpets had not been cleaned for a while. The TV also had a crack in the screen running from top to bottom and some aspects of the cleaning had not been completed properly. We contacted the property manager and asked them to shampoo the furniture/carpets and fix the TV. They responded promptly and said they would take care of it on Monday, which they did, and it made a big improvement. I asked for some of the rental cost to be refunded since we were paying over 3k for the week and 2 out of the 7 days were waiting for these issues to be resolved. Unfortunately the management company ignored this request. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but if I am paying several thousand dollars for a rental for one-week I don't think it's unreasonable to expect items like this to be taken care of before guests arrive, not during their stay. We have rented many properties over the years and this is honestly the first time I have ever felt it necessary to highlight a negative experience.

Very easy to rent & property was as described. Loved having 2 living rooms since we had multiple families. Beach was an easy walk as was pool. 210 Beachwalk was a great location for us.

It was just a short walk or bike to the beach. Parking was tight, I felt like we were always left looking for a spot especially in the evening. The one thing that was definitely in need of an upgrade was all the TVs. There were no instructions and tricky to use. We had some rain our week so we spent some time in the condo. The main TV had a large red line down the middle of the screen. I would suggest upgrading to smart TVs. Most people have subscriptions to streaming apps like Netflix and Disney Plus.

We loved the kitchen/eating area! It was very spacious and gave us a lot of room to hang out and enjoy each other's company. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Townhouse was perfect for our family. A bit further from the beach than we thought. But if you had a bike, its no problem. Pool was nice also.

It was a perfect location for our family retreat with all the amenities of home. Property management staff were so gracious and helpful. We will be back for long walks on the beach and bike rides along the many paths.

Our entire a comfortable stay in Beachwalk 210. Check in and check out was super easy. The layout of this villa was perfect for our family of four, and the property was about a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the beach. Note that the kitchen did not include pantry basics as most rentals do (likely for sanitary concerns), so be sure to bring your own if you want to avoid buying. We are in Hilton Head every year and I would definitely rent again! Thank you Seashore Vacations!

This was a really nice place to stay for my wife and I and our two adult (26 & 22) children. We each had our own bedroom and there were two spaces to relax for reading or watching tv. It was a short walk to the beach.

This villa is in the very back of the Beachwalk villas. Beachwalk is the closest condos to the beach so that is nice. The villa overlooks some sort of large, noisy (at times), machinery that was fenced in so when it was running, it was not enjoyable to be outside on the deck. Aside from that, the deck is large with plastic Adirondack chairs and a dining area. No view from the deck but very private from all the trees and bushes. The king bed in the master had dips on each side and a mound in the middle so it was hard to find a comfortable spot. Otherwise we had no complaints. The villa is very roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. It has more kitchen cookware than many villas we’ve stayed in. I would recommend this villa.

This experience delivered everything that was promised. The check-in was seamless; the property was immaculate, and the hosts were available to answer every question. We were minutes from the beach, shopping, and grocery stores. This will definitely become an annual event. Loved everything!

This was a great property in Shipyard. Condo was nicely decorated and well maintained. Can’t really speak to how well it was stocked because this was a “kid free” trip so we are out for almost all meals and spent most of our time on the beach. Quick ride to the beach with Beachwalk being the closest complex from the beach in Shipyard. Would definitely return to this condo!

Five adults stayed here for our annual sibling reunion. This place looks just like the pictures! The area is such a great location on Hilton Head, convenient to everything. The layout of the unit is great, and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location.. Liked having two living spaces. We were very pleased with the management. When we checked in AC for up stairs did not work. Called management and they were there within minutes. They could not fix, so they had a AC company come within a half hour and they fixed unit. Only downside was that the property was billed as having a queen size bed in one of the rooms. It did not. It had another full size bed in it. My daughter and son inlaw had to bring one of the full size beds in from another room, so they could both sleep comfortably. We would rebook this location again in the future if the queen size bed was there.
