The hairdryer is attached to the wall. It’s next to useless.

Relatively close to the beach.

Some English guy got drunk and naked shouting obscenities at 2am. (Room 19) 8/9 April 2024. Bottom floor rooms are esentially windowless and look like a closet. Loud music coming from the courtyard bar till 11pm.

La posizione, lontano dal centro di Marbella. Camere troppo semplici, basterebbe un po' di colore e più attenzione ai dettagli.

Very good and complete complimentary breakfast! Nice room in ground floor with a small sitting area in front. The parking (although not free( was very convenient. Lovely neighborghood!

The directions in google maps led us to the back of the hotel and thankfully there was a guest there to tell us how to get to the front. You should revise this, thank you!

location, pool area, car parking, friendly staff.

breakfast poor, bar expensive, whilst we staying there we’re several instances of bad adult behaviour including separate occasions for the Police to attend and make arrests. all very unsettling.

Excellent location - nicely designed with all accommodations around the central pool area. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Good selection at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

proximity to the sea

old furniture, the bathroom requires a renovation, very loud (the walls and doors are pretty thin so you can hear people next door and outside). Price vs. quality pretty weak in my view.

On description it was mentioned it s close to city center , however the hotel was out of the city. And they charged one night . 😏why?! If the hotel could be precise about their location we would not book it

Beautiful setting so laid back . Hidden gem. Have been last year & returning again later this year .

The staff spoke English well and were very knowledgeable.

We asked for a slightly later checkout due to someone losing their debit card but that was refused.

Quite, no kids apart from one

There was a pleasant bar man and the pool area was well kept

The staff were incredibly rude - we had been told by one member of staff that he had arranged for a room on the ground floor instructed us to come down stairs to change the keys with our luggage we did this and then we’re informed that there is no room no apology and we’re actually told by the man on the desk that if we don’t like it leave - I’ve never been so disrespected or humiliated in my life we were offered a complimentary drink instead which we did not avail of. We also ordered lunch this day and ordered the exact same thing 2 days later and received entirely different meals. The waitress brought us halouni instead of the haloumi wrap that was ordered and actually said what do you want me to do about it - extremely poor people skills and really put a dampener on our trip as we were incredible uncomfortable the entire time

Beautiful area, wonderful staff, especially Alvaro was very helpful and had some great food place recommendations. Very clean hotel and lovely music by the pool.

Price for ice was 10 euros!

The place was a quiet oasis with great staff

Breakfast outside under umbrellas would have been wonderful. It was inside.

Great location, nice pool (just make sure to be there early enough;) with relaxing music, very clean and comfortable rooms, all rooms facing the pool. From 12-5 you can get lunch at the bar, from 5 tapas (additionally obviously). Few min walk to restaurants and promenade.

Breakfast is typical English, we gave that feedback at the reception as well that more veggies would be nice;) The music at the bar is playing till late hours, but it didn’t disturb us to sleep well.

Staff was lovely, hotel very clean, unfortunately there was a loud group of lads that kept us up at night
