La moquette sia nell'hotel che nella camera era davvero molto sporca. L'hotel non dispone di colazione.

Easy to get to from the airport, very close to sightseeing places in Chinatown. The staff was lovely and super attentive

The bath plug didn't hold the water back

location near chinatown and its attractions, train station, upgrade to suite for no reason that we know of. good pasta restaurant next door. only a few train stops to Gardens on the Bay.

Despite making the booking in March for a twin room, was told on arrival that a twin was not available.

Proximity to food and pubs, excellent service staff

Room (206) was a tad noisy along with the air conditioning

Great location- charming building and good staff.

The only thing we didn’t like so much was the strong green tea aroma in the building.

Amazing hotel, our room was upgraded to a suite free of charge. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and really well situated - near china town and the best hawker centre in Singapore

Rooms on the ground floor were a bit dingy but we requested a 2nd floor room and the staff were only too happy to relocate us.

everything !!! room was spacious, clean and the linen just like new, very good.. location close to mrt maxwell and foodcourt and chinatown food market... yummm :) thanks for the staff, very helpful, we left some tips to show how we really appriciate to you guys :) even the resto inside the hotel, sofi by pasta brava, reallly italian taste. surely will coming back again to scarlet. to the other guest, dont you try bring durian in your room or any smelly food

Superb hotel Saved us from the horror of the Quay Hotel!!!

top hospitality with a smile. The scarlet is an oriental hidden gem. Match Raffles easily at the top, but just smaller, now one of my favourites

Breakfast is a different level but as it is outsourched doesn't match the Scarlet. But in all no deal breaker

Stylish. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Well positioned, close to three MRT stations. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Pleasant roof-top bar.

Just starting to need some attention. Ground floor corridors not as immaculate as when we last visited.
