Upgraded to king room on arrival - staff extremely helpful

Had trouble with the shampoo bottle not working - but noted was fixed on the last day there

The Room and location of their hotel is excellent walk to the MCG, as for purpose for a footy trip to see an AFL game, there are plenty of services nearby and plenty of options tom eat no matter what your needs are. The staff were very good at accommodating our needs for our trip. and nothing was a hassle when asked questions about the environment and available facilities. Will Certainly recommend again and will certainly return for the next game I wish to watch.

Got back from concert on a Thursday night & bar was closed. Wanted a drink & relax downstairs. Had to order room service. Not the same as sitting in the beautiful bar area.

We were on 18th floor executive lounge access and free bottle of wine and nibbles in room. Love the views, hotel is clean and modern, staff are friendly and helpful.

Cliveden dining could not offer pre- concert meals in an acceptable time frame. Ended up with a bag of crisps Lift from the guest carpark was out of order - no alternative offered except stairs- not suitable for mobility challenged guests.

I found it difficult to contact the hotel prior to our arrival. I tried the online chat room function but didn’t get a reply, then tried to call multiple times but none of my calls were answered.

There was a very impatient receptionist, the front desk was our first impression of the hotel, which led to our extremely bad impression. If you don't want to do this job, you can choose to take a break or quit instead of rolling your eyes at guests.

Location. We went to the MCG for a game and couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Late last night, I arrived to check in to my room and was surprised to find it in disarray. The fridge had been removed from its spot and disconnected, leaving a wide-open hole with exposed electrical components. Clearly, the room was in a defective condition and should not have been rented out. Upon discovering this, I promptly called the front desk to have someone come and witness the situation. I was assured that the matter would be reported to the manager and resolved by morning. However, the next morning, during check-out, the staff member offered me a complimentary coffee as compensation for the inconvenience. I requested to speak with the duty manager, Mr. Munir, and was taken aback by his unprofessional response. He remarked, "Would you like a free coffee? That's the only thing I can do..." He downplayed the issue, mentioning that it was just a matter of the fridge being out of place and claimed that the witnessing staff had already rectified it the previous night (which was not the case, as the condition remained unchanged until my check-out). I did not pay a substantial amount for a one-night stay expecting only a free coffee when the room fell short of a 5-star hotel standard. It's a matter of customer service and satisfaction, particularly when it involves relaxation after a long day. I was eventually informed that the general manager would be in touch with me today, but unfortunately, I haven't received any communication so far. It seems that no one cares about the situation.

Fantastic location right near the MCG. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Facilities were clean and accessible. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and trams/train were right downstairs. The check in process was long because it was a game day but that was to be expected and the hotel staff came and chatted while you were in line, offered bottles of water and were very friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

Small car park and limited parking

great location, close to hospitals, great access to public transport for easy transfer to the CBD, Sport and the Art precinct. The room was clean, it had all the facilities needed and the bed was very comfy. The staff are always friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions. We also used the in room dining service which was easy to use, quick and the food was delicious.

The only thing that could have been better was the gluten free options on the menu, I was very limited in what I could order but what I did get was delicious, it would have been nice to have some more options to chose from.

I didn’t get to stay at the property because the app reinstated my stay even though I had cancelled it in the first place. And then I had to pay nearly $500 for not staying.

Nobody will assist in rectifying the issue, booking.Com say it is Pullman issue and vice Versa. I have been going around in circles. I don’t make a habit of spending $500 on nothing so feeling pretty ripped off at this stage.
