Food was stolen, the bathroom had missing amendmesites. Just called right now to get an invoice no one was there

Stayed on one of the sofa beds and it was very uncomfortable and springy. Quiet loud when moving around.

Not much. It’s just the holiday inn still in disguise. My mattress was firm…there’s a positive.
The fact I was asked for £30 as an early check in fee, even though our room was ready. We wanted to drop our bag and then leave for a wedding. I’ve been in the events industry over 30 years and that’s a new one on me! Why are we paying for car parking? It’s not the NEC. Why was I asked for a swipe of my card when I prepaid and there is no in room facilities?
You’ve had a refurb, why no air con, why were the windows in our room decades old and in desperate need of replacement.
I would rather have stayed and given my money to the local Premier Inn.
I spend over £3m a year as a corporate events director on events, I can wholeheartedly, after my experience with the £30 early check in fee that I will never contract another Hilton or doubletree again.

Clean, tidy, nicely decorated, big, staff very polite & lovely & attentive. large room & bed very cosy & quiet. Plenty of parking. Very attractive walking in. Welcoming.

Not the best design of bathroom - mirror located very far from sink edge and too tiny basin tap for such a big sink.
The area between the main lobby and the rooms - needs renovation.
When you have a car then its easy to get to the hotel, when you dont then there is a problem - a 15 mins walk from the nearest available bus stop.

Booked a room for four to stay in after the FA cup final at Wembley. Paid £160 as opposed to the £600 hotels next to Wembley were charging and it took us about 30 mins to get there. Great location for the motorways. Staff were lovely, bar was great, breakfast excellent and beds very comfy!

Breakfast...food was warm at best. Though ingredients were tasty and lots of choice, the 'hot' food wasn't, so let themselves down a little

The property was very clean on arrival with wonderful furnishings throughout. There was a well equipped gym facility and bar/restaurant
We were disturbed numerous times by staff trying to enter the room. The tea and coffee room facility was minimal considering the cost of 1 night and no bottled water was provided in the room.
Reception was hard to get hold of in the morning when calling from the room

Very well located for our needs. Clean and modern design. Plenty of parking, quiet (with the windows closed), bar staff were excellent.
Check-in staff and breakfast stewards were a little stand off-ish, but maybe they were just having a bad day?

L’hôtel est très beau et propre et sauf une dame pas forcément souriante à notre arrivée, sinon le personnel était très bien! Du choix pour le petit déjeuner 👍🏼
Malheureusement notre séjour a été un peu gâché car nous étions à mon avis juste au dessus d’un local technique (chambre 140 au premier étage) et au moment du couché un bruit permanent de moteur a été en marche TOUTE la nuit 😅 le sol et notre lit tremblait carrément du coup difficile de bien dormir. Pour le restaurant, des serveurs très agréables et serviables mais si je dois parler du repas c’est une catastrophe 😕 19 livres soit 22 euros environ pour une tranche de jambon épaisse, une rondelle d’ananas et 3-4 haricots vert et carottes durent et froides c’est vraiment pas correct 🤦🏻♀️.

The facilities in the room were adequate and beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
There was a need for more staff at the bar. The 4 staff members were expected to do so much - taking orders serving cleaning and running around. They managed (surely very stressful for them) but the waiting around could very easily be shortened if the staff numbers are increased.

Lovely room, plenty of space, and very clean 👌
There was no heating. Reported at reception 7.00 pm. Still no heating 10.00 pm. I slept with woolly tights under my pyjamas and my dressing gown over the top. Just about bearable but my nose was cold. The fried egg, mushrooms and tomatoes were cold on my breakfast plate - sausage and hash brown hot. Not a pleasant stay.

Well kept, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very polite too.
The food we ordered was bland and took an extremely long time to arrive. This may well have been an isolated incident and the staff on duty recognised this by not charging us for our drinks that we ordered…..wish I’d ordered more than sparkling water now🤨 .
