Kyoto Tower Hotel is extremely convenient as it is near kyoto station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping areas around.

Would have been nicer if the toilet was a little bigger.

清掃 水まわり とにかく、水の流れが悪くバスタブに湯を溜め流すと排水口から水が溢れる。散々だった。 カーテンを閉めると死んだ虫が落ち、外出し部屋に戻ると揃えてあった靴はバラバラ。ゴミ箱に捨てて置いた空き缶は外に落ちたまま。人手不足もあると思うけれど清掃という点では残念でした アメニティも種類としては少ないです。

The staff were good to deal with.

We had originally booked to stay here for several nights however, we did not end up staying here because of the state of our room. After checking in late afternoon we discovered that the air conditioning temperature is set for the whole building and in each room you can only set the level of air flow (the vents were also filthy and caked in dust). Even on high the room was unbearably hot, the room had a large window to open but then due to the proximity to Kyoto station the volume of noise made it impossible to keep open. Despite the draw backs we were going to get on with our stay until we went to have showers and discovered the shower/bathroom had black mould everywhere. After LONG conversations with the staff we decided to find accommodation elsewhere at almost midnight and we were thankfully given a refund the following morning. The staff members dealt with were very apologetic and tried to do as much as they could to help without a manager present. We were also offered another room but it only had single beds and with my wife having asthma we were not risking another room here.

駅に近くわかりやすい。周囲にお店が多いので便利。セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心。京都タワー展望台が割り引きになる。

同じフロアがワクチン接種会場となっていたので、エレベーターがこみ合っていた。トイレのウォシュレットのお湯の出が遅い。

I was very surprised and satisfied of how close it was to the Kyoto Station. Also many good places to shop and eat around this area. Recommended for people that are looking to establish a place to set up camp and a great place for those looking to travel to other places through the station.

Room was kinda small from what I remember. Could be cleaner.

The location was a great base from which to export Kyoto.

The lack of double beds meant my wife and I had to share a single bed, despite clearly requesting a double room upon booking. Also the rooms were disgustingly dirty under the beds and furniture.

Air condition was not too effective.

Spacious and clean room, super convenient location from Kyoto station being right across the road. Breakfast was good and there are shops and restaurants below the hotel. Underground linkway to Kyoto station is also right at the entrance.

Check in time fixed at 3pm, if arriving early you can pay an early check in fee depending on if your room is ready, or you can store your luggage at the hotel and explore nearby first. Just a small factor to remember when making plans.

The location is next to Kyoto Station.

The room carpet may be old already. I got one room with piss smell. However they provide me with other room. The service is good.

the dinosaur room was great! a little noisy from outside sounds, but it was clean and had a great location.
