pathetic experience not value for money not hygienic avoid booking here

the stay was comfortable. the staff responded to my queries and accommodated my needs very well. the room was clean. the bathroom was clean. the view of nature and the village from the room is so special. it was a cold night, but we were provided with blankets and a hot air blower which made us feel more comfortable in the cold. the location is perfect, it is right on the main road with beautiful tourist attractions nearby. garden of caves is a must visit, just 15 minutes away by car. the owner and the caretakers at the homestay are very pleasant. they were very helpful. i also enjoyed the breakfast, it was simple and warm. overall it was a good experience. thank you Rani homestay!

The booking was cancelled after I reached the place, as caretaker had given room to someone else. Although the owner helped to arrange a alternative stay, but that was a tin stay with rodent problems in it. The whole situation was very unprofessional, as any unavailability should have been intimate prior to our arrival so that we could arrange something before reaching.

The location was good

The rooms are over priced with zero amenities. There is no room heater not even at extra cost. They don't provide electric kettle as well.. They don't even have their own kitchen and I had a complimentary breakfast with my stay and we asked for it only one day and what they provided in the name of breakfast is just puri and watery alloo bhaji and by watery, I literally meant watery, there is just boiled water with 2-3 chunks of alloo without any sides likes pickle or papad.. The rooms are way too small with broken windows from which you get cold breezes coming into your room. No almirah in the room. No toiletries provided even after asking for it twice.

Toilets were clean and good in facility..well arranged and clean.

Complementary breakfast quality and quantity both could have been betteror should have reduced charges by omitting that

Staff behavior is good and location is good

They showed me the room in booking.com but it was not the same room which was quite shocking and seems like fraud, also its was rs 1500 but on location they demand 2000 rupee. Also very low grade breakfast

Worst experience ever....

I paid 6750 for two nights, and was not worth even for 1000/- , felt like being cheated... A straight No for stay over here.... Pillow cover was in bad condition

Breakfast is good testing and easy location.
