Fantastic room, We had room 7, The bridal suite and what a beautiful room, Lovely open space, great size bath room, Great size room. comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and polite

Nothing, The whole stay was over our expectations

Youngsters smoking drugs at the front of the property Then staff accused me of having weed when I first arrived with my family so disgusting and disrespectful First and last time of staying in this hotel what an experience also got told when I arrived that the shower was broke in my room

Good location beds comfortable

There is no reception in the hotel took ages to find someone for check up n woman was nice but not looking like someone is running the place when we came back in the evening to have a drink the woman was in the bar with her granddaughter when we asked for the drink she put her in the buggy and put on cartoons for her very funny setup

Well placed and team running the hotel were very nice and helpful

Pokoj i łazienka bardzo mała , wykładziny bardzo brudne w pokoju jak i na korytarzu a w łazience mata prysznicowa pofarbowana od srodkow sprzatajacych , pracownica ubrana nie schludnie chodziła bez butow w brudnych skarpetkach i spodniach . Kolejnym minusem to brak parkingu gdzie bylismy zmuszeni wynajac miejsce parkingowe z sasiedniego hotelu . Po spedzeniu jednej nocy zdecydowalismy wracac do domu pomimo straty pieniedzy za kolejna noc . Zdecydowanie odradzam !

We had a lovely stay at the OYO Pier Head Hotel in Clacton-On-Sea. Becky the Manager made us very welcome, the hotel was clean had a lovely atmosphere and breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
