location was good

The staff were very rude! So we were late to check in (by about 30 mins so not even that long) as we had an issue getting money out of the ATM to pay taxi driver so we had to go to multiple ATMs. Which was stressful and not something we could foresee. Also I didn’t have local SIM card so was difficult to contact them but I used my English data which will cost me lots of money. When we got there the staff were extremely rude from the beginning, they didn’t ask why we were late or if we were okay. The man, maybe the owner, was sending messages that were so unprofessional it was unbelievable. May I suggest they start self- check in with key and lock box because obviously check in is not there strong point. Then when I was booking airport transfer, the guy was being really cryptic. Sent me messages that had been crossed out saying, ‘maybe you should get to the airport at this time’ … and then ‘actually forget it’. Basically trying to make me think I’ve booked the transfer too late and we would miss our flight etc. He was very unfriendly and unhelpful, I honestly couldn’t believe it. Would not stay here again.

The staff and location were excellent! The transport to the airport was smooth and well accommodated.

Very organized staff, responsive communication, location is AMAZING! Internet is fast enough for work video calls. Large room.

As it is an apartment (and not a hotel) it would be good if they have a few more basics (especially since people are booking an apartment and not a hotel) - toilet paper, oil for cooking, etc, bath liquid soap, etc. I wouldn't expect these things in a hotel but i do expect a bit more basic supplies in an apartment and that's been the case every other apartment i stayed in. However, would stay again

Good position to visit the city

We talked only by phone with director, friendly and professional. But the lady who gave us the key was really very unfriendly. Room couldn’t be cleaner and more comfortable (i.e. 1 toilet paper for two people and 5 nights... 1 old towel each...) But most of all: the building!! Very very old and dirty (look at photos!)

The host was very nice and helpful. The place is dated, but OK.

No carpets. Would be good to have real photos of the accommodation as per each location. This will give us clear idea of the flat.

The owner is very friendly and fluent in English and when we have problems, he is ready to help.
