The stay was very good. Friendly staff and very good for family.

1- i dont like cockroaches and there are a lot of them, i found more than 12 cockroaches on less than 30 hours. 2- noisy maintenance nean my room. 3- water kettle doesn't turn of automatically. 4- elevator door. 5- gusts are now allowed. 6- they dont have bottles opener. 7- no car parking.

Breakfast was good but not excellent. Staff behaviour was good. Hotel was clean.

The water supply management was very poor. On two days in the morning the water stopped in bathroom and when restored the pressure was not sufficient. This caused lot of incovenience and delay.

Excellent staff plus the buffet food was great too. Breakfast is free and very varied. The evening buffet was a bargain in comparison to some other places nearby.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy reach of major tourist attractions. The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was good with an array of food options. The ground staff were friendly and helpful. But not so the desk staff who could definitely do with some pointers on friendliness and helpfulness.

The front desk staff were quite unhelpful and unfriendly. The rates quoted on booking.com are deceptive when the tax - a whopping 18% - was added, the fill nearly doubled. Visitors are not all treated equally. For example, courtesies such as bathroom slippers are not advertised and offered to selective guests only.

Perfect location, yet peaceful rooms. Overall service experience same as you would expect in five star hotels. Spacious rooms and wonderful masalas at breakfast. Would definitely book again!

A bar with cold beers would have made this the best stay ever. Rooms have mini fridges though.
