Room size was okay for 2 adults and 1 kid

room is not soundproof so you can not sleep or take rest at all.people are continuously walking and talking outside, loud noises coming from everywhere like banging the wall or drilling the wall.our flight landed at 4am And we checked in around 6am in the morning.after 11 hours flight we couldn’t close our eyes for a moment because of this disturbance.such a terrible hotel to stay.

Location and friendly staff

Too dirty...a lot of site workers wash own clothes and drying clothes at staircase. a lot of indian site workers sleep at backdoor, side entrance door.

Was booked at very short notice due a mix up in flights - easily booked, rooms for a family of 4 were decent compared to others we have stayed at in Singapore, clean rooms but was good value for money.

The location isn't the best but we were only there for a short time so wasn't a big issue ~$60 SD from the airport, if staying multiple days would have chosen a better location

Cleanliness of the hotel. Public transport facilities are within 10-12 mins walking distance. Room service is good. Everyday they make our room tidy and refill all the amenities.

still pretty expensive but I guess it is like that in Singapore
