Good location

They refused to give us an invoice or any representation of our payment. They also made a mistake in calculating the total price and charged us in excess. Hours later, when we realized of the error and requested our money back, they rejected our claim and that was it because we didn’t have any means to prove our payment… The room and bathroom were extremely simple, much less than a reasonable minimum.

I arrived late and the staff was very nice and checked me right in. Breakfast was wonderful with variety and can order hot eggs and bacon! The room was large, well kept and. very clean. The location was right in the center of town.

The hotel is in an excellent location; the whole building is pleasant and very clean; the common areas are well decorated; the rooms are large enough, comfortable, with good light; the bathrooms are modern and have plenty of warm water at any time; breakfast is good, with many options, also for vegetarians. However, the best is the staff, five ladies that did much more than could be expected to help their guests under the difficult situation created by the corona virus crisis, all this under the pressure of many locals who wanted them to close the hotel, afraid we foreigners may infect their village.

The bed was a little too soft for me. It did not bother me, but there is no TV in the room.

Amazing hotel with veeeery friendly staff (who speak great English!)

- Really liked the staff, Flo was really nice to chat to and very helpful. - Right opposite La Taperla restaurant, which is the best restaurant in town (cash only). Also close to the trailhead to the Laguna Torre walk. Only a short 5min walk from the bus station, which was handy. - Breakfast was fantastic: fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, bread/toast, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese as well as cakes and sweet things. - Afternoon tea time with tea, cake and biscuits was really cute. - Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. - Bathroom clean and powerful shower which is quite high so great if like my fiance you are quite tall.
