Clean, centrally located with straightforward check in & check out process. Good parking options and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Would recommend 👍

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Food was exceptional and location couldn't have been better.

There was none it was extra and they didn’t have a teapot. The toilet seat was loose and the bedside light didn’t work.

Restaurant hours. Only one key for two people. No lift.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. Instead of letting us wait for a taxi the owner gave us a lift himself.

The bed, the bed linen and omg those pillows. I would actually have bought some of that bedding at checkout if it was available. Great comfortable room, spotlessly clean well appointed bathroom, nice tea and coffee. Central location. Couldn't fault it.

The host and staff of both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The hotel looked to have been very recently renovated, and our room was sparkling clean. Halls and room were freshly painted. Location is right in the heart of Ballina, which means within easy walking distance to restaurants. Parking was plentiful and right behind the hotel, with a very favorable daily rate for hotel guest. On our last morning, we treated ourselves to the Loft's breakfast and were delighted.

This is not a complaint: be sure that the host has your correct mobile number, so that he can greet you on your arrival. There is no elevator, but the host was very kind (and very strong) to bring our bags up to our room.
