Overall a great stay, and I would book this again. Very easy check-in and building/room access using keypad locks. The room had everything I needed for the week. Room was clean and modern. The iron worked. The shower was big and came with comp body wash and shampoo.

The shower drain was partially clogged, and the shower water would overflow onto the bathroom floor at medium to high water volume.

lacking very basic minor things, that are cheap, but significantly improve first impression. there is no salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar. and some napkins.

I was placed in first level storey. I dun have the privacy at all , the curtains are see thru. People outside can see you inside. Requested a thick curtain but the staff were unaccomodating. Will not book this place again.

The bathroom does not have air ventilation or an extractor. Sleeping with the odors when you finish going to the bathroom is not pleasant.

I did not like anything. The floor of the apartment was very dirty. My shoes left a mark on the floor from something that was not clean. I sent an email and had to wait until the next day for the cleaner to arrive and do a very poor job trying to clean the floor. There were two windows. Only one of the two had blackout courtain. So imposible to have it dark during sunrise or even have privacy at night. I asked for a change of apartment and was denied this option.

near from center, about 5 to 10 minute tram or metro ride. nearest stations are just 3 minute walk away. I believe Vision Apartment has upgraded us from Junior tl Senior apartment.

wash area especially the basin is not user friendly. you have to double check and count everything against their inventory list

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Staying in the apartment felt like staying at home. We stayed in one whole day after our Jungfraujoch trip and we enjoyed the stayed in. It has every thing that we need for our short stay.

The location was close to the train station

The room was quite dirty when we arrived, the floor was not clean at all. The tv had no English channels and we were unable to change the language on the tv. The location was close to the train station but not much else. The building was quite but it did feel secure as you needed a code to enter the building,
