Good facilities, nice and clean

I had asked for an early check in and no one got back to me, until the last minute. The main bedroom bed is uncomfortable and the temperature being restricted in the showers

The property was a lovely size, the beds and bedding were really comfortable and the bathrooms lovely and modern.

Although not a big issue the restrictions around outside lights and noise made me a little apprehensive given we had children aged 2-10. It didn’t seem like a very busy area so not sure it needed to be such a prominent disclosure which was repeated in communications a number of times. We knew when we booked it and that would have been sufficient.

The house is stunning! so clean and well kept. everything you could possibly need.

The hot tub charge is a price per night. They shouldn’t charge anyone for the first night as it can’t be used. I actually think the extra charge is cheeky as they know the hot tub is one of the reasons people book, it should be included in the price. I also didn’t like how many times you are told about the noise level. made us feel like we had to whisper. This house is so lovely but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they just needed a place to sleep. It’s designed to sleep 8 people with a hot tub, pool table, fuse ball table but you are made to feel like you can’t have a good time.

Good location loved the interior very modern pool table was a good feature

upstairs heating wouldn’t turn on

it was lovely and clean comfortable and spacious lovely touch with the welcome pack we loved the underfloor heating and the log burner and the men enjoyed pool table just as well weather was rubbish hopefully will come back when the weather settles down

could not get use to the hob and oven also the cooker hood too low kept banging our heads we are all tall needs atleast 6 inches high apart from that every thing was excellent

The house is a good size with big bedrooms and living area. The property is very clean and in a good location

As we only stayed one night we’re weren’t able to use the hot tub which was one the main reasons why we booked the property so all the guests were quite disappointed. Also we were told on email the checkout time was 11am but then was hassled by someone at the front door asking us to leave at 10am which we were unable to do as we were getting ready for a wedding.

Every smart piece of equipment you could think of. Hot tub excellent - we used the pool table a lot as well.

Clearly there are some issues with the neighbours and noise problems. The house is set up for a party house but after receiving all the rules before we entered the property it was made clear no noise at all. Also the neighbour at the bottom of the garden should not be coming onto the front of the property (around our parked cars!) putting the bins out and telling us what we should be doing. Appreciate these are not problems of the house itself but people should be aware before booking.

Spacious and cosy. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully kitted out. We had a lovely stay. The hosts were prompt and easy to connect to and help available when needed.
