The apartment is a good size and in a great location. Handy for both the old town and the main front, both of which are around a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of little bars to stop along the way and the one below the apartment serves gorgeous food at low prices. The swimming pool area is lovely and a really good size. A taxi rank is also outside with a price board so you'll know what you'll pay. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms and a main bathroom and little bathroom which was handy as we were 2 couples sharing.

Our flight arrived in the early hours so we weren't met with the keys and had to go and collect them from the office in Puerto Banus. As we don't drive, this made for a very expensive taxi ride and it was hard to arrange as even though they had the addresses they still took us to the wrong places as couldn't seem to understand the location of the offices. I think the key store should be located at the apartment.

cold showers, regular problem with the boiler

Good living space with good balcony and the pool was also very good ,the kids really enjoyed it there. You couldn't fault this place for cleanliness, lifts stairs and hall areas cleaned daily, and even the toilets by the pool were spotless. Place felt very secure with the kids. Supermarket right downstairs which opens late and also an excellent supermarket 100m down the road which has everything you need and is very reasonable. There is a restaurant 50 m away which is good for lunch and a taxi rank across the road

Pool didn't open till 12 noon every day which is not very accommodating with kids. The shower was very temperamental with hot and cold and took an age to heat up and the light in the kitchen are was so low popa smurf would hit his head off it!!

The apartment while not being modern, was well taken care of. It had everything we needed for our stay and everything was clean. The kitchen was small but functional, the living room and the rooms where good and the balcony was really nice, it was big and had a table that easily seats 4/5 people. Being able to park in the condo garage was a nice surprise. Also the apartment having a 1,5 baths and not just 1 made our stay a bit more comfortable.

The only big negative was the fact we couldn't use the pool. Apparently there are laws that prohibited them opening the pool before some day (15th or something) in June, but nowhere during the reservation i had an indication of that. The nearby beach (7min walk) although not being bad, its not has beautifully has other beaches in Marbella and also the surroundings are not so pleasant (this is a more industrial area, there are a lot of car workshops/dealerships next to the beach).
