We felt so welcome from the instant we arrived and were so impressed with the lounge area and location. The room was clean and comfortable and my husband said it was the best smoked salmon and scrambled eggs he’d ever had. Both Karen and Selina were incredibly helpful and warm to us and we would definitely return!

Not a criticism but the extractor fan when the shower was on was quite noisy so I was worried it might disturb neighbouring rooms but we didn’t hear anyone else!

It did exactly what was required: clean, great location, nice staff, good breakfast.

Breakfast was exceptional with choice and catering for special diets. Very friendly welcoming staff. Perfect location for our birthday celebrations.

Location - large room

Very poor pressure in shower For Sunday am thought breakfast times were a little early. Limited period to check in 4pm-7pm and main front door locked at 7pm.

Location excellent ideal situated for walking into town. On arrival made to feel very welcome. Room was perfect over looking the sea everything you need. Breakfast the best I have every had. We enjoyed it si much we stayed another night.

The weather! Guest House was great!

Absolutely perfect location with a beautiful view out over the sea. Tastefully decorated with a lovely space to enjoy a cup of tea or drink whilst soaking up the view. Breakfast was delicious, accommodating all members of our party (4 adults and 2 children).

everything was lovely and clean, staff very pleasant warm and welcoming. breakfast was superb.

we liked our room but if we stayed again we would book a seaview room.

The previous guests still had a key for our room and we did know this until we saw it in the Key drop off box at 7pm on our way to dinner, the front door was open also meaning anybody could have entered our room

The location was fantastic as it is directly opposite the beach and very easy to walk to other attractions. The cleanliness and look of the property. It had a lovely communal area right at the front which is so nice if you do not want to venture anywhere. The breakfast was of high quality and highly recommend that to others. The ladies we saw running it were just amazing, helpful and kind.

The only detail was the size of the room. There is no other fault but that isn’t a fault just an opinion. We would have a just liked the room a bit bigger.

Nothing to do with the guest house but parking was difficult. They did provide a parking permit that covered our stay for two nights but finding a space near the guest house was problematic. I did manage to squeeze into a space not too far away and eventually managed to park almost outside the next day.......had to be quick though!
