They provide pickup and drop off at airport.24 hrs restaurent.They fulfill all your requirements like early breakfast.very flexible and friendly staff.they even gave us their phone chargers.

A minibar in the room would be great and also if someone could fix the mirror cabinet lights in the bathroom.

A fine breakfast. The airport shuttle was very convenient, even with my 5:00 am arrival. The hotel's neighborhood is very appealing, even though it's not in a touristy area.

some of the service was lacking 1) I told them I needed an airport pickup and they said someone would be waiting with a sign. I arrived. No sign. I called the hotel. Luckily I spoke Kazakh. They didn’t know English. Finally the person they sent found me. As a solo traveler, I looked for a hotel with airport shuttle. 2) I reserved 2 nights. But they only wanted me to pay one night at a time. Why?? It’s inconvenient. It’s not done 3) If I was a foreigner who didn’t speak Russian or Kazakh, it would be hard to explain about airport transfers.

Very kind and helpful staff at reception. Gave me a cheaper room, same as the one I booked but with a Double bed! Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Nice food.

The shower had two heads. The hand-held one would not stay in the hook, so a bit of a hassle to wash your hair. I couldn't figure out how to operate the other top shower head... not the hotel problem, but my very tired brain.

The hotel provides pick up from and to the airport. Their services are superb. I'll definitely stay at the hotel whenever I come to Almaty.

Great staff - very clean! Modern hotel with a Western feel. Last time I stayed in Almaty, I stayed an Eastern-style hotel and I much preferred this hotel. I highly recommend and I will come back in the future.

Room Clean and Cozy and there was Shuttle available to go and go back to the airport.

No Hot water it was so terrible to have a shower in a cold water!!! Even administrators couldn’t fix it. in our room there were a refreshments available in the fridge and we drank some of them. we thought it was provided from hotel officials. But it was wrong we payed a lot for cheap beverages. it is okay to pay for the thing we had. But Hotel didn’t warn us about the extra fee for drinks. So If I visit next time to Almaty I will definitely choose other better hotels.

I did loose my cellphone and they promptly called when found and returned to me on checkout. Anytime the transport is available.

Close to airport with free shuttle. Driver was at airport with name tag. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms with all amenities. Great staff with good communication. Welcomed us with warmth and smile. Smooth check in even at midnight hour. Supported with our little requests. We asked to warm our food. Staff helped us and even provided plates and cutlery without asking. Felt nice to see the great hospitality. Overall very pleasant stay to spend a night between layover for next flight.
