We did not include breakfast when we booked the two rooms. Location was good. However, what shocked us was they Do Not clean your room. We stayed for 3 nights and every time we came back to the room, the toilet was smelly. We had to inform the staff & they just clean up the toilet & that it. We have never stayed in a hotel which does not clean up the room! This is totally unacceptable as we are not staying in an air b&b.

Location, within walking distant to Taipei main station and xiemending. Yumi the reception staff is very helpful and accommodating. Free flow of matcha latte and coffee at the reception.

The room WiFi is not working. The reception gave us a router to put in the room.

Very accessible location. Near convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ximending shopping district and taipei main station. Staff are also courteous and helpful.

No closet. Space is relatively small for its price.

We ordered to change Towel but Hotel didin't change Towel.

The hotel is located quite near to Taiwan main station, so in a good position for reaching all Taipei areas. The staff is kind and available for any need, always smiling and helping (also for booking a taxy). The area is full of restaurants and places where to eat, full of life as well. I appreciate the taking care of the environment by asking how often you need to tidy-up your room.

The room was not too clean when I arrived, but nothing so problematic. There isn't the possibility to have a standard breakfast in the structure.

The choice of pillow was good (a hard or a soft). Wifi is good in the day but once passed 10pm is not very strong. I tried your Italian restaurant and food is good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really like their altitude.

The hard pillow is too hard and soft is too soft. Bed sinks though.

Hotel is in a convenient location. Breakfast is provided in a bento box in the lobby.

The complimentary breakfast is provided in meal boxes prepared by the Tutto Fresco Restaurant across the street, different kind of food on different days,and always comes with a pack ofjuice or milk. I liked sitting at the lobby to enjoy the breakfast plus a nice cup of coffee. 😄

The space in the room is quite small.

Its’s clean and the beddings are extremely comfortable. I liked how simple it is and very relaxing.

Not sure if it’s a thing in these hotels but the bathroom door doesnt lock.
