Location was great. We went to Disneyland by taxi and it was just 2 usd. They also have complimentary shuttles. The room looks modern and it’s well equipped. The breakfast is awesome! The employees are very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff...even with language barriers, staff often used hand-held translators to help me with my stay.

My room was exceedingly hot. So hot that I couldn't sleep. It took several calls to reception to receive a fan on my first night, which was broken and I had to ask for another. The second night I discovered that the heating came on automatically -stuck on 26 degrees Celsius. It was boiling and I'd left the window open all day too, in an attempt to cool the room down. I asked twice to be moved on the evening of the second night and the second room was a normal temperature. I'm not sure they should be letting people stay in a room where the heating is stuck on such a high heat.

Big space and confortable rooms at a reasonable price. Staff really nice, english speaking, kind. Good breakfast with huge selection of many foods. 👍👍👍

It is very near to Shanghai Disneyland, with only one station. They also got a shuttle bus to Disney and the airport, it’s very convenient.

They first gave us a room with only a gap of window, which is entirely not what they showed on their page. We wanted to change but the front desk was rude and lied and said the room type we choose is like that. We end up finding another front desk clerk then we get changed into a room just like they advertised. On the last day they even messed up payment and needed me to go back and pay again.
