Great location with tons of restaurants and coffee shops around, a 5-minute walk to a subway station. Super friendly staff. The hotel is well-equipped with a pool, fitness center, restaurant, and hair salon.

Nothing much to complain about.

the price is relatively low comparing to other hotels in Shanghai (but I still think there are better options for this prive)

Nothing much to complain about the running of the hotel. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a spa.

Great location! It's close to a subway station. There are countless dining places around the hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well-equipped. It has multiple restaurants, a tea house, a hair salon, a fitness center, and a heated pool. I would highly recommend it to visitors to Shanghai.

The message shop was closed during the Covid-19 years. I wish the hotel could open another one on the property. Other than that, everything is fine with the hotel.

The staff are nice and professional. Especially for the nice warm talk and the additional birthday cake. You can complete the check-in process through the self-service machine, then sign of epidemic Prevention Documents at the reception. Amazing location, it is convenient for everything. Awesome view. Efficient of check-out, including the deposit refund and the invoice issuing. I would like to recommended here to my friends.

The window can not be opened a crack due to that is a high building, feeling a little stuffy. After the bath, the water in the bathtub is a little slow.

Don’t have business center. Need to print at lobby reception. and each black n white page was very expensive.

The room is.cleaned and i stayed is fine although i.booked with bath tub and there wasnt one. No tootbrushes inside rooms except 2 small tubes of colgate.

Firstly, the system check in and out needs to be improved. It seemed the system is not properly functioning. And the reception staff do not take initiative to control, coordinate the customers. People not in queue are given attention. This must be improved as uts my 2 nd in this hotel in 2 months. Also, i.paid full to.booming.com and when i check.in they said booki.g.com has not paid the hotel yet and i need to pay them and will be refunded when they receive from booking.com. I demanded that i should not pay and was asked.to take a photo of myself!

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not bad, but could be better. Location is good.

The room was just ok. This hotel is pretty old so the facilities are a bit old too. I found about 4 hairs in the bathtub... The guy on the first floor at the restaurant wasn’t really affable. Just a few people could speak English. In general, I think I won’t stay at this hotel next time.

Good and convenient location that is near to my office, good customer service from the concierge and valuable price! Very clean room, big toilet and comfortable bed. Will definitely return here again for business trip.
