Couldn’t be located more central. Very convenient to /and access all the sights. Step out to the Pedestrian Street and walk to the Bung. We even walked to the museum from the hotel. Subway also at door step

Very nice Breakfast, Good Location . The Concierge was very helpfull and very polite.

The reception staff named Owen was very Rude, unhelpful and very impolite. not suitable as a receptionist. Very very bad Attitude. I hv take his Photo, may be will snd thru Media sosial let people know about him. The Mattress is very soft and immly hit the springcoils, its the time to change the mattress. Previously it was under Accor and had better service and quality.

The locations is definitely the main selling point of this hotel, right on nanjing-lu which is the main shopping street centrally in SH. Besides that the rooms were spacious and the gym was quite decent with the equipment too.

The climate in the rooms were quite bad. It took us 3 full days of airing out with open windows before it became tolerable to stay in - and that is considering the humidity outside was above 80%. they need to upgrade their aircons and respective filters. The rooms are also very tired. May have been great 15 years ago. The bed is VERY soft. I have a bad back and need a hard bed. After a few days I had cronic pain from sleeping in such a soft bed.. The indoor pool was more meant for swimming lanes than for chilling.

- Zu kleine Schrankflächen/Volumen für mehrere Aufenthaltstage. - Lärm von benachbarten Baustellen, die auch nachts im Betrieb waren. Das hat ein wiederholtes Zimmer/Umziehen erfordert.

Chambre confortable, personnel attentif et très proche du métro. Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon.

Die Lage ist super, um alle Sightseeing Spots zu erreichen; nah an der U-Bahn. Zimmer war geräumig und Ausblick aus dem 18. Stock auch super.

Das WLAN hat tatsächlich gar nicht funktioniert. Matratzen durchgelegen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Location is nicely located in the middle of nanjjng east. The bund is just a 10mins walk away. We were lucky to get a good view from our window

I generally felt the staffs working here are cold and unfriendly. I travel around the world on weekly basis and of course I do manage my expectations depending on the hotel standards and prestige. Staff here do not greet guests, a simple smile would had been suffice but sadly no. When walking along the corridor, most good service staff would greet and move slightly aside for the guest. But the staff here treats us like invisible and we had to make way for them. Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not dying for attention but all these details are the basics of service crew. Even during check in, it just felt very unwelcoming.

Very central -on of the entrance is right on the Shanghai Walking St where we could shop and dine from locals to internationals . Good view of the Bund from hotel room. Very good breakfast spread with Shanghai signature and European dishes. . Very convenient access to road transport pickups . Concierge staff were very helpful despite they were less conversant in English . Card access to all floors provides good security to guests.

Surprisingly receptionist were less conversant in English and lack of hospitality .

Один из лучших вариантовпо соотношению цена/качество+комфорт в Шанхае, на мой взгляд. Очень удобное, вероятно даже ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ месторасположение отеля. Выход на пешеходную центральную улицу Шанхая, снесколько станций метро в пешей доступности от 2 до 10 мин пешком (в зависимости от линии). Очень разнообразный завтрак. На любой вкус. Большой зал для завтрака, свободный столик можно было найти даже в самое загруженное время. В номере было всё необходимое, кровать удобная, постель идеально чистая. Большая ванная комната, прекрасно оборудованная. Вообще нет никаких претензий.

Firstly, I must commend the hotel staff for their proficiency in English. It made communication effortless and enjoyable throughout my entire stay. Thank you for your commitment to ensuring guests feel welcomed and understood. You are all truly exceptional! Secondly, the hotel's proximity to the metro station was incredibly convenient. Shanghai's metro system is known for its efficiency and user-friendliness, and being located nearby made exploring the city a breeze. I highly recommend downloading maps.me for navigation, as it complements the convenience of the metro system perfectly. Furthermore, the nearby shopping center boasts an array of restaurants, among which Sue Dim Sum stands out. I absolutely adore their offerings and highly recommend indulging in a meal there during your stay.

Overall, despite the initial discomfort due to the lack of ventilation, the option to open the window and the quiet nighttime environment contributed to a satisfactory stay.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar vor allem mIt Blick auf den großen Platz hin zur Nanjing Rd und die dazugehörige Skyline drumherum - ein außergewöhnlich guter Startpunkt, um von hier aus die Stadt zu Fuß, mit dem Didi oder der Metro zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer lag außergewöhnlich praktisch und hatte auch eine Sitzecke zur Fensterfront, so dass man sich auch gerne mal im Zimmer aufgehalten hat, um z.B mal am Abend den Tag gemeinsam bei einem Glas Wein jenseits der Menschenmassen ausklingen zu lassen - das ist bei den typischen "Städtetrip-Hotels" von London bis Berlin dann doch eher unüblich und hat uns daher sehr gefallen bei dem Ausblick. Zimmer sind bereits ein bisschen älter, aber gut in Schuß bei sehr guter Größe und der Zimmerservice war außerordentlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Betten waren sehr bequem inklusive 24 Std Zimmerservice und zahlreichen Kissen zur Auswahl - Preis-Leistung fanden wir super und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wenn man das Hotel von der Nanjing Fußgängerzone kommend betritt wirkt der Eingangsbereich hin zum Fahrstuhl ein wenig Trist und wenig einladend, auch finden die Taxifahrer die Anschrift des Hotels nicht sofort da in den chinesischen Karten / Maps Apps die Fußgängerzone als Hoteleingang hinterlegt ist, hier könnte man durch Angabe der zur befahrbaren Straße gelegenen Haupteinganges nachbessern. Das Angebot der im Haus befindlichen Restaurants blieb mir bis zu letzt unklar, mein Besuch des 30. Stockwerkes für ein Drink an der Bar blieb erfolglos, da das Restaurant geschlossen war.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the bun and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are big and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was good and lots of options.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. Located right in the central city. The famous shopping street is literally at the hotel's doorsteps. Key attractions like the Bund are just an easy and enjoyable walk away. Despite the busy location, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and my room was spotless upon arrival. The variety and choices of the breakfast offered were also impressive, providing a great start to my day.

One minor inconvenience was it was a bit challenging to find the hotel entrance when arriving by taxi. While not a major issue, a clearer sign or additional guidance could be beneficial for first-time visitors.

The location was great being on one of the main shopping streets (Nanjing Road) close to The Bund. The underground station Nanjing Road East on the Line 2 is within 5 minutes. The size of the room was great with a separate living room and the breakfast was very extensive with both Chinese & Western food to choice from.

The pedestrian access from the Nanjing road is not very clearly sign posted including directions on how to get to reception (which turns out to be via a lift to the first floor).

The staff were not helpful and in some instances dismissive and rude. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable. The concierge was huffing and puffing in irritation when we asked him for some information about the Maglev - surely it’s his job to answer these types of questions
