Hot water, warm water, cold water and coffee 24/7. Very good and the area is open tor relaxation with good scenery and ventilation. And gym equipment. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, lifts are fast no need to wait long. Everyday wash toilets and change towels. Location tor transport to town is convenient.

I have been to similar hotels with simple breakfast. Would be good if you could consider to ensure everyone has the same value of breakfast. Eg every room per guest is Entitled to one portion of the same breakfast so that people who came later have the same instead of just toast and butter and jam. The last 3 days we went earlier and found out you have croissants and cupcakes. But some people took extras so not enough for every guest.

Very very small room for 4. Photos shown online were misleading as it showed chain photos not of the particular hotel we were staying at. Reception staff could be more helpful and friendlier.

TERRIBLY SHIT & AN ABSOLUTE SCAM We booked a family room for 3 adults (my daughter, son, and I), and there’s no way such a room would fit for 3 people at all, which is false advertisement! ~Extremely small , even smaller than Tokyo, with no space to fit 3 suitcases in the room nor open our suitcases ~See through glass shower walls directly next to sleeping bed, with minimal privacy of only lightly frosted glass (you can still see everything!) ~when I complained about this situation to the front desk, they didn’t provide any assistance but simply “i can’t help you with that”. The reception couldn’t book a second room for me either. After no help at all, I had to booked another room for daughter through your website(booking.com) by myself immediately. So in the end, I had to resolve above problems myself, and pay 2 separate rooms for 3 adult during this hotel stay, which is absolute scam. If the hotel had appropriately described all conditions or shower features I would not have booked this hotel at all.

We enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to the MTR and where it is located within Hong Kong. We were able to get around very easily.
