Expensive foods

The Disney hotel is magical and it really caters to kids. The proximity to the park is the best feature. It’s so close that you can take a break and come back after a nap to get the most out of your ticket.

The only draw back is that there are no convenience stores or groceries nearby, so if you forget anything, you need to go out of your way to get it. The gift shop doesn’t carry essentials, so it would be better if they stocked the gift shop with essentials.

I was pleasantly surprised as there were so many things to do at the hotel that it’s a whole day experience.

No cheaper food options on the facilities.

Great view and location. Staff are great in general.

The shower experience wasn’t great, the water pressure was so weak with little water coming out. Probably one of the worst experience we had from travel experience. Besides, the pillow was too high and hard, even though we asked for a change, it’s still not that comfy. Although the hotel lobby and general building are nice and well maintained, the interior hotel guest rooms would need some upgrades and renovations.

Everything are amazing, friendly staff, hotel so vintage and make you feel like a king! I love it so much , definitely come back here

Важно отметить, что дети остались очень довольны! Про отель: Нет номеров для семей больше 4-х человек, приходится брать 2 номера, из-за этого отдых проходит отдельно от детей и от супруги)) Цены на наш взгляд на еду завышены, особенно на комплексные завтраки Про отдых в целом: Такси из порта до отеля, так же не размещают больше 4-х человек, нет минивэнов, в багажник не помещается больше 2-х чемоданов, за каждый чемодан, рюкзак и сумку нужно доплачивать - это очень странно ))) В Дисней ленде к сожалению еда оказалась не вкусной, детям не понравилась, нам с супругой тоже, обедали и ужинали в разных кафе

由於有特別慶祝活動，所以有些安排上的事想聯絡酒店，但每次都要等待很長時間才有回覆，電郵回覆會有毛巾生日蛋糕，但到入住後，什麼也沒有安排，另外在入住後多次嘗試致電前台或in room service但都需等大約半個小時至一小時才可發有人接聽，更多時候沒有人接聽電話

飯店整體體驗佳

ディズニーランドに近く、また、ラウンジが使える部屋だったので、良かった。

コンセントの接触がかなり運です。

The position and the shop

You could not get served with any drinks from the pool or bar area. It is closed in the week . And upstairs in the lounge you could not order any drinks either. And it took 45 minutes to an hour to order room service

The room and the whole hotel was amazing! There was so much to do and the view was immaculate

Big and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very nice smell within the premises.

Despite the limited halal menu offered by the hotel restaurant, we were informed that most of the food ordered were not available.

I love my lunch at Walt's cafe, the staff are so nice and love their welcome drinks. Also their semi buffet menu. The breakfast is good with Disney characters at Enchanted Garden, the choice of food are so many.

I don't like the food at Crystal Lotus, we order the Mother's day special menu, which is quite expansive. With the price of the menu, I expect the food will be taste good with a nice presentation. However, the food was presented badly, and the taste are not so great. This is one big downside on my stay. Also, when we check in, we arrived early to be able to have lunch in Walt's Cafe, however, the counter lady wasn't able to let us check in to our room earlier, not even 1 hour early, when we noticed the hotel is not that full. Most of the time when we go to some other hotel, if the hotel is not that full, the reception will be able to give us early check in and late check out. But with this Disney Hotel, it seems not really friendly and flexible with this arrangement. Make us wait for so long at the lobby after the lunch at Walt's cafe :-(

The building outlook.

The staff attitude was so bad, rude and unpleasant. bad experiences with the check in counter staff. The room was old and restaurant served the bad quality food but premium prices.
