Nothing -didn't even check in -no reception to check in a School bus full of children at the only pool and clearly not staying there so day visitors Pictures are very very misleading -chalets/houses very close to each other so left without encountering any staff or seeing any reception area

A fairly small accomodation. Lots of rocks driving in but the price is good value for money with a fast work wifi, pool and two restaurants nearby. The host was also very friendly.

They should upgrade their wifi signal strength.

Convenient for Windhoek airport

The information on the website and on Booking.Com is out of date. There is no breakfast as the dining room and kitchens are now closed. We were, however, directed to the next hotel up the road, which was much nicer and had a restaurant. There was a hair in the bed which definitely was not ours! The shower was barely a dribble.

The lodge is well located, between the airport and Windhoek, with spacious rooms and a nice area around the pool where we can relax. Wifi is offered through the property.

It was not very easy to find the property, as location provided on Bookings was misleading - we needed to ask some locals. Also, and as the season is starting, some commodities like the restaurant were still not operational - still, this hardly counts as a downside, as an alternative restaurant was suggested nearby, and host helped with reservation

At least they answered our messages through Booking. The room was clean.

I understand the covid situation, but they did zero effort to help us. In Booking the hotel had a restaurant, breakfast included in the room price, they said they had swiming pool and WiFi. But when we arrived they told us that they had closed the kitchen and they didn't serve any food or drinks (not even the breakfast). That was a problem since the hotel is in the middle of the Road to the airport, so you need a car/taxi to go anywhere. The room didn't have kitchen or anything to cook. Also the swiming pool was closed, and the wifi was so bad that we couldn't do the check in for our flight. The room was freezing cold, and when we arrived they hadn't switched on the solar pannel to have hot water. In summary I would pay a little bit more to stay in a more decent place. We were the only guest in the last ten days and they did no effort to make our stay comfortable.

Quiet and close to airport. Both Maggie and Ebson were amazing and very caring.

The self catering could be spruced up with maybe a hotplate/mini oven. Wifi can be improved.

Although this online booking was made in advance, they looked surprised when I arrived and two men were running up and down to get a place prepared. Apparently the receptionist went to Wi shirk for the day. This lodge is outside Windhoek.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests.
