Superb location and the accommodation was so clean, comfortable and very well furnished with more than you would expect for a self catering property. The hosts were really friendly and informative of the local area. The cottage and grounds were also excellent for our spaniel. We will definitely be back to this beautiful part of Wales.

Gorgeous cottage, equipped with everything you may need in a holiday home. 5☆facilities, immaculately clean, peaceful and has amazing views over the Dee Valley from the living room and top bedroom. Welcoming hosts. On arrival we were shown around by Catherine and she left lovely treats for us in the kitchen. There was also complementary tea & coffee available. We couldn't have found a better location for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. It was perfect for outdoor activities, walks, and the nearby Llangollen has shops and restaurants. The cottage was much more spacious than we initially thought from the description, it has two bedrooms, and is very comfortable for a family with two adults and two children.

Peaceful, warm, cosy & clean. Well equipped cottage with good views.

The water temperature in the shower was too cold for my liking. It could not be adjusted, irrespective of how much I turned the thermostat gauge on the shower.

The magnificent view. The open fire and the peace and quiet.

Television controls difficult to work out. No mobile phone signal but wifi good.

Comfortable, well equipped and characterful cottage in a lovely setting. Friendly unintrusive hosts. What's not to like? Welsh goodies and the fresh flowers in the cottage were an added bonus, as were the clear instructions on how to locate the property.
