My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tolip Golden Plaza, and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk manager, Omar, whose kindness and hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. Omar's genuine smile and courteous demeanor immediately made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and provided us with valuable information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. His attentiveness and willingness to assist with any query or concern were truly commendable, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We must also extend our heartfelt thanks to Reda, the diligent and efficient housekeeper responsible for taking care of our room. Coming back to a clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged room after a day of exploring the city was a delightful experience. Reda's attention to detail and dedication to his work truly stood out, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast spread at Tolip Golden Plaza. The variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The friendly staff at the restaurant made sure we felt comfortable and catered to any special requests we had, making our mornings an absolute delight. Tolip Golden Plaza itself is a haven for families. The facilities and amenities are perfect for both adults and children. The hotel's design exudes a welcoming ambiance, and the well-maintained play areas and pools kept our children entertained and happy. Moreover, the hotel's central location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers, making our vacation even more enjoyable. In conclusion, our stay at Tolip Golden Plaza was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the exemplary service provided by Omar, the front desk manager.

The hotel was clean & next to it a plaza with different cafes and restaurants the staff were friendly.

I arrived 3:15 and had to wait 1 hour to check in 4:20, the receptionist tells to all the guest that your room was checked out late and they paid late fine we are sorry..

The hotel is in a perfect location, and the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. The room service was great, and the cleaning lady took care of the room everyday.

Even though the Gym was great, just that some equipment needed maintenance and fixing would have made it the perfect Gym. Also if Gym hours could be extended to 24 hrs it would be great. Also the water hose beside the toilet was not functioning properly.

-I already stayed at this hotel and for me the loacation is super convenient. City stars Mall is 5 minutes walk away and behind the hotel lots of restaurants and coffee shops. -The breakfast quality & Variety has improved significantly....During my previous stays breakfast was very poor. -Except one receptionist, the staff are nice and helpful!

This time, I did not like 2 things: - Chekin took a very long time though we were (2 Adults) the only guests standing at the reception. The receptionist did not smile during the whole process and had obvious lack of communication skills. - The music coming for one of the wedding halls was too loud...it has disturbed my sleep.

The GYM opens at 11 a.m. and when I asked to train early, they said sorry it is an external company, and they open late for the external guests. There is no option to add any invoice over the room, so the staff are running behind to collect the bills.

The hotel location was very central and convenient. All the staff were welcoming and polite especially at the reception. The hotel was accommodating to our needs. The room was nice however, needed another chair as there was only one chair. We could smell cigarette smoke on level 9, however this was a non-smoking level.

Breakfast was the same every day. We asked for Turkish coffee at breakfast, and they said it was an additional charge. We asked for additional water, coffee and milk from housekeeping to our room, took a while to respond and was very limited supply. On one occasion there were no pillowcases on the pillows, we had to ask for this too. Our relatives had to pay for parking outside the hotel while waiting for to pick us up even though we were guests in the hotel.

Location was good. Near to city stars shopping centre and on the door step of a food plaza with plenty of options.

Reception staff were very cold, and asking anything seemed like a hassle for them. Didn't explain anything about facilities such as where and when breakfast was. Our room was dirty. The sliding door was broken and did not lock. When reported, it took them a while to come to try and sort, and they had to lock it closed permanently. Therefore, no more terrace. We booked a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. Two small double beds were provided, which was a little tight, but we managed due to children being small. However, I was surprised that was what they offered upon arrival. Only provided two towels for the 4 of us. The room we had backed onto a number of paddle ball courts, which were noisey till 2am in the morning. Taxi service in the hotel is a rip-off. They wanted to charge 1600egp for a 300egp round trip on Uber, but that's Egypt.

Arrived early morning and had a great welcome reception by Mahmoud at check in. Fast professional and courteous. Location in Nasr City is good with options for food and shisha under the hotel.

Needs fine tuning on services. Eg due to Ramadan gym opened at 2pm.

Breakfast, few staff in reception, when I do check in there was only one staff in reception and there was group more than 15 person in front of me, that delays my check in.
