place is a dump. loud, i could hear person in next apartment coughing. cheap brittle towels, person in charge said i could leave my belongings in a secure place prior to check in, it was an open laundry area with no locks or supervision!

poor quality furniture, appliances, features too small bathroom had a very high step and it was way too small, plus the door didn’t close the bed was broke the rate for the room is around $63 but the cleaning fee is $36 which is crazy considering the size of the room and the state in which it was when I arrived

Small, but has everything you need. Good communication from owner. Well equipped and maintained property. AC works well. Shower has hot water. Tiny kitchenette has microwave, fridge, toaster, plates, cups, and silverware. Iron and ironing board provided. Hair dryer provided. Compliments to the owner for being able to provide everything you need in such a small space. Good privacy. Local food restaurants and shops within walking distance, so you don't have to lose your parking space. Good bargain. Would stay here again. Would merit a higher score if parking was not an issue.

Parking is a headache. You must find an empty parallel parking spot on street. Bed was small and mattress was hard.

It was clean & great location. A/C worked perfectly well. I stayed 4 nights it was perfect just to sleep & shower & go explore. I would recommend :)

Good location, with lots of restaurants that are walking distance. A short walk to Ocean Park beach. Room was small but nice and had everything we needed.

The owners were accessible and friendly. The room was confortable and very clean. Everything was accessible by walking distance. I'd stay here again.

Shower was really bad. No pressure and not hot. Bed was not too comfortable. Very loud area with firecrackers going off all night on Friday.

Good location to beach and good restaurants. Owner made sure to reserve our parking. No frills but worth the money.

Apt was very small. The water was not consistent and hot. No shower soap in bathroom but there was shampoo and conditioner and hand soap.

- booked by booking.com for “108m2 apartment” but in the reality only 10m2. - the mattress is covered with plastic bag! How unhealthy idea! - the gate is closed all the time but there is no emergency exit. This is not the standard for public buildings - the “kitchenette” is a joke. Except coffee maker you cannot “cook” anything.

you have everything you need in this property, literally minutes away from everything, Walgreens, restaurants, beach, clubs.

you can hear people in the other rooms, but other than that it was a decent place for the price

Edwin was very nice.. he was there to greet me and he made sure he accommodated me. And it was very close to everything He is definitely a great host

I booked the property for 2 nights/ 3 days. By the first night I knew i did not want to stay at this location. From the evening to the next morning there was screaming and fighting on the top level of the property. People were threatening each-others lives saying they are going to physically hurt each-other. Also, The shower head has a plug right over the top, where water is way to close. As I was showering I went to move the shower head over so the water does not fall out on to the floor & got an electrocuted shock on my hand down through my arm. I wrote the owner stating I am not comfortable at the property and would like to leave the following morning and was told i will receive a refund. I spent 244.44 & was suppose to receive 116 after only spending one night. The owner sent the money on paypal with a hold I was not able to access the money due to paypal. I was then told by paypal to refund the money back to Edwin & for him to send it back to me on my new account . I refund the money back to the host and he immediately sent the money straight to his bank account, instead of sending the 116 that was owed back to me. It is now 3 days later & I have not received the payment that should have been sent to me the same day. I had an verbal disagreement with the host & then he proceeded to put his wife on the line as I told her i didn’t send payment to her so I would like to speak with her husband. I have been treated rudely the minute I texted today saying the money should have been sent to me directly and not to his account. I just received my refund while typing this message because I said I would go to the cops & booking about it. I would not recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, your close to a bunch of amazing restaurants and a few beaches!
