Beautiful location in the valley. It is exactly what we were looking for. Very tranquil and comfortable with views of the mountains. Service was fabulous. As English speaking guests, we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and Google Translate. We had the King’s Room with three bedrooms, heat, and a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was a wonderful amenity to have during our trip to Peru. This hotel is wonderful. There is a foosball table in the dining room, outdoor seating, a fire pit, a rooftop terrace with views of the mountains, and gorgeous landscaping. It is a small property that has been meticulously designed with love by the owner. Anything you need, just ask.
No complaints, just minor items to note. No water filtration under the sink, but they did provide a water-boiling carafe and glass pitcher that we used constantly and refilled our water bottles. This was a minor inconvenience. The location is very hard to find as the two entrances are not what you would expect. One entrance has you drive down a steep narrow dirt road to reach the main gate (always closed, need to press buzzer to enter and cars cannot go in this way) and the other on a grass covered road to a gate (always closed, need to press buzzer; this is where cars park). To be fair, there is a sign clearly stating the property is there, it is just not what we expected. The other thing to note - mostly for American tourists- is that you have to ask the staff to let you out of the property. They quickly do. But we felt bad having to leave at 5am and waking them up, or arriving back to the hotel late. The staff is very caring and accommodating.

Fueron muy atentos con mi familia. En especial con mi nena cumpleañera. La habitación familiar muy acogedora.
Creo que podrian señalar mejor el estacionamiento

I loved the interior, the entire place looks like a spa. The hotel service was amazing, super friendly and accomodating. They have a restaurant onsite and it’s very tasty.
The location is a little far from everything but I guess that hotel is intentionally located in a small village.

Room was very comfortable and clean, spacious with a kitchen. Balcony was great. Came down with a flu after visiting Machu Picchu in the rain and the staff was more than helpful. Location a little far out of Urubamba, but can take a taxi, or bus for just 2 soles.
The laundry is same day service which was great, but the most expensive we had seen during our trip.

The accommodation is very comfortable to travel with kids and family. The cabins are very spacious and the fact that you can integrate different rooms within the same house makes it private while still being able to share in family.
The food is really good. And the common areas are also very nice. I really enjoyed the terraces in the room. The fireplace at the center of the lodge is pretty. And the dining and bar area is so relaxing I felt like at home
I would have more flexibility regarding the food schedule, and if someone is having a tour before breakfast time, I would suggest preparing a take away breakfast for guests.

Simple breakfast, bread eggs etc. Dinner though was incredible, highly recommend to try it. The villa was nice size with good kitchen. Staff was super friendly.
You had to ask them to open the garage door every time you went in and out, and you could be disturbed by other guests buzzing as well

The staff was lovely ,very polite, helpful and super friendly. We had a bad experience with trains being delayed in ollantaytambo due to the political situation in Peru and the staff was so caring and protective of us . They also brought us a bag with food to take to the train to Macchu Picchu , so thoughtful . I was traveling with my 2 young adult children and their support made the trip much easier bearing in mind we arrived to urubamba during a political chaotic time in Peru

Beautiful property in a tranquil setting. Facilities and grounds were meticulously maintained. The unit was spacious with everything we needed including full kitchen and fireplace. We sincerely appreciate the extra lengths Carmen and the staff went to serve us during our health issues to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Intiterra site and Apart Hotel Villa was stunning! The grounds were beautifully kept and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped! Breakfast was included, which was a bonus and for the rest of the time, we had a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer (this was great for us, as we wanted to be self catering). The helpful staff made us a packed lunch for our trip to Machu Picchu, as we left early before breakfast. The pictures are accurate and true. We would recommend this accommodation - it felt safe inside the site, the staff were friendly and kind, the breakfast was good, it was a beautiful place, very comfortable and very clean!
The property was slightly further out than expected - but that’s just because I thought Urubamba was a smaller place than it actually is. You do need to take a taxi cholo (like a toc toc) or a bus/van, as there’s not much outside of the site - though there are good views and a nice walk. Also, there are quite a few dogs at the top of the lane that seem to be guarding other premises at night. They do bark a lot and growl, which can be a bit intimidating for foreign travellers (the dog issue, is a general issue in Peru - they are left to roam about freely and there are also many strays). Obviously, this is not a specific issue of the property, just something to be aware of when travelling.

The property is stunning. Very detail oriented, gorgeous patios and indoor decor. Very comfortable villas with everything one might need for a stay in the Sacred Valley. Staff was very accommodating to all of our requests
If you’re a family with littles, the way the villa is set up is the kids room is downstairs and the master is upstairs. I wish that wasn’t the case since we wanted to be in the same floor. Also the breakfast was a bit unorganized but the staff managed to serve us all. The food was freshly made and we all enjoyed it

The service staff is absolutely friendly and always eager to help, just a pity that they don’t really speak English so we had to communicate with the general manager via WhatsApp. Very nice surroundings and new facilities, it was quite comfortable and cozy.
But on the other side the breakfast isn’t what pictures on booking.com etc show. It’s only one small juice, eggs, bread and jam/ham/cheese. Fruit has to be paid additionally, no muesli or yoghurt, no variety, no buffet at all. Food in the restaurant is ok but quite pricey. When we came there were only three other families there and the whole place seemed abandoned. In the evening there was no light in the restaurant or in the common room, it wasn’t very inviting. We canceled our four day stay to two days and had a Full refund which was really nice.
All in all a nice hotel but far from what you would expect from a 4 stars luxury experience.

it’s a beautiful property. the rooms were gorgeous.
there was a lot of confusion when we checked in which made us lose about 1 hour. we were slow not provided info on breakfast time, the wifi password etc. When we went to use the jacuzzi and turned on the Jets, it was filthy. the second day they asked us to change rooms. they ended up making things right but it was disappointing that there were so many small inconveniences and problems.

Our room was pretty nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Also the room was warm enough. The area and landscape is beautiful, and there are many interesting places to visit nearby - thought it is recommended to have a car.
We had dinner and breakfast the next day, and neither was good enough. The dinner was mediocre, we also ordered lemonade for 13 soles and it was a small glass of lemonade with half liquid and half foam.
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement in my opinion. We had an impression that the serving was not completely clean, the glass I have got had cloth remnants on the edge (gave the impression that the glass was picked up from somewhere and since it was still wet, it was quickly cleaned with a mop then given to me immediately - not so nice to see during a pandemic). The tea offered to my girlfriend tasted weird - something like a chemical (the filter tea we made in our room tasted better). Also we have found a hair in our food. I believe for a 4 star hotel, there should be much much more care given for the quality of this service.

Very nice and comfortable room.
The breakfast was very simple. Was expecting more from a four star hotel.
Only had salad as a vegetarian option in the restaurant so we went to Tierra viva instead for dinner.

Everyone was so helpful and generous and the villa was exquisite.
We even got some packed bananas and sandwiches for the day we had to leave extra early in the morning for Machu Picchu.
